Proper customer service
The customer service offered is tremendous. Had a slight issue with DPD not fulfilling their obligations, however Lizzie was tremendous in dealing with them and myself. Ultimately leading to resolution and delivery of fantastic Costa Rican beans. The coffee is also absolutely fab. Keep up the excellent work.

Great customer service - and coffee!
Had a bit of a misunderstanding about delivery. They responded to my email within hours and sorted it. Issues occur, but this sort of immediate response makes for excellent customer service. Very impressed and the great coffee goes without saying. Many thanks.
