From my initial communication to my cat pendant arriving at my door here in New Zealand, it couldn’t have gone smoother. And it arrived in less than a week.
To say I love the pendant is an understatement and to have our recently departed cat’s name on the back makes it extra special.

I purchased a cat locket with engraving and photographs as a gift and right from the off Jana Reinhardt couldn't have been more accommodating with my requests, owing to requiring delivery at a particular time and needing more time to send the most suitable photos across. I was in regular contact with the company and they were so helpful, sending mock-ups of the finished photographs in terms of how they'd look in the locket.

When everything had been decided on I only had to wait a few days for delivery and on receipt I couldn't have been happier.

The engraving is masterful and the images are exactly what I'd hoped for. The locket itself is ideal, with enough weight to remain in position but not so heavy that it becomes a burden.

The cat on the front is beautiful and it is a brilliant choice for any cat lover. The locket feels like quality and after buying something from Jana previously this is what I've come to expect.

The ecological credentials and their donations to charities only add to the appeal of this wonderful company.
