Alangoo.com has made my life much easier when it comes to finding a unique piece especially when I want to support the community. They are so attentive to emails and I always get surprised how they answer the emails even on a Sunday night! Happy to see them grow and become a even better service to us.

Terrible Customer service, I did not receive my order and the support and experience was horrible ! as if you have shopped in Iran!!! Avoid this website !

Love this marketplace and appreciate all that they do for independent designers of the community. All my friends and family shop from this site when it comes to purchasing gifts and they all had the nicest experience. Always get your gifts from ALANGOO.com

Avoid Alangoo: terrible customer service!
Avoid Alangoo, it fails the ease of transaction and smooth experience test one looks for in an online exchange platform.
A very nice collection of Persianate products, but find the vendors and buy directly, not via Alangoo which has a very weak order-processing system and a horrible customer service:
1) Veeeeeeery slow to respond,
2) Aggressive and challenging towards customer’s issue,
3) Arrogantly insist the customer is wrong.
