DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG BED AND NO FEET, AND WHEN WE UNWRAPPED IT WAS DAMAGED ! THE QUALITY IS AWFUL JUST ODD PIECES OF WOOD COVERED IN A CHEAP FABRIC, THEY SAY OFFER A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WHICH IS RUBBISH, WE MESSAGED THEM BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY, WE TRIED TO RING THEM BUT THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER OUR CALL THEY THEN BLOCKED OUR NUMBER, COMPLETE SHISTERS !! Beware this company has changed their name to AZR MATRESSES STILL SELLING THE SAME RUBBISH !!

This is a total scam, asked for a bed to be delivered, they delivered it however it was wrong one and I asked for multiple days for a return and he blocked me, total scam don’t fall for it, I then realised all the photos of beds he sent me was from other websites, don’t trust

This is Pakistani guy doing fraud in name of this business. He will first tell you affordable prices of every furniture and then sends a low quality furniture and once you pay the money he will never respond you back and he will block you on WhatsApp and on calling as well.

Ordered a bed, arrived damaged, and wet, messaged these to tell them as they offer 30 day refund policy, they do not reply, there business is registered to a house that isnt even belonging to the company, ive messaged by different ways and still no response, they dont answer the telephone, they have taken my money for something i cannot use, con artists

Absolutely hopeless company to deal with, I was promised my new bed for Wednesday so I let my existing bed go then at 5,30 Wednesday evening they eventually answered my message asking where my bed was and they told me that they had broken down and couldn’t now deliver until Friday , Friday morning I messaged them again asking for a rough time for delivery and had no response, I’ve ended up buying a bed from a shop locally to me who I called Friday morning and by late afternoon it was here and all put together, the people after me messaging again to tell them to cancel my delivery messaged me back to tell me it was definitely being delivered 😐 too late by then I’m afraid , I will definitely not ever be contacting or using this company again, absolutely useless trying to get any information from and hopeless customer service, am furious with the way they have treated me and I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with them 😡 definitely do not use this company if you have any sense 😡😡😡

Asked for my bed to be delivered for the following day and it was delivered by 11am highly recommend

I ordered a king size ottoman bed on Good Friday bank holiday and chose to have it delivered on Tuesday. But when I realised that I’ll not be in on that day, I got in touch with Janie Furniture to ask if I can get it on Saturday which is next day from my order date. To my surprise, they agreed to deliver it and kept me informed throughout the delivery. Can’t ask for a better customer service than this. The product was also of top quality for the price I paid. I highly recommend Janie Furniture.

If I could leave no stars I would I ordered a beautiful bed with 4 drawers it was wrapped well I’d seen a drawer it was to heavy for me on unwrapping discovered it only as 2 I’ve tried contacting but are just getting ignored my I paid to upgrade mattress it’s big standard and the headboard what can I say small holes in it and to much material on one side absolutely gutted need to buy a new bed avoid at all costs

I’m actually gutted I have to give 1 star, disgusting company. Ordered a king bed in white plush, when the delivery came, it was the wrong bed completely, quality was horrendous, very poor quality mattress, flattens when sat on, holes in mattress, you can see wood through headboard, bed frame wonky with dirt all over it and damaged areas of bed. the fabric is so thin. paid an extra £50 for assembly and it was just chucked together. Not enough slats to even support the bed!! When I asked to get a refund they BLOCKED me on every platform - SCAMMERS do not buy from them and also check their associated shops!! The bed I have is truly awful, I wouldn’t even put it on market place to sell as it’s so bad, the only place for it is the tip!!!!

We order a double bed with mattress from here the middle support beam snapped and a few of the slats within a day of getting so we have tried connecting them a number of times to be blanked after reading messages and blocked after I stated all there beds come with 8 years warranty as they state on there website and Facebook also reported them to trade in standards

If I could put no stars I would. Had a bed and mattress delivered. I’m happy with it but unfortunately the frame is too big for my stairs. I wanted to keep the mattress and get my money back for the fram but I’ve been blocked and ignored! Absolutely terrible service and rude people
