Very bad quality of products, and after purchase, not get any response from the support.

Even the support person is responding rudely

It's totaly waste of money

I had ordered a pendant necklace but received a wrong product. I was told to pay ₹100 to replace the product. Even after paying ₹100 , i didn't receive the product.
I have written multiple mails but no response.
They are fraud I suppose.

I ordered a Karungali Mala from the Japam’s Only app (Order ID: JPM1553868). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The product quality was very poor. The finishing was not proper, and the silver chain needles were sticking out, which is unsafe for skin and can damage clothes. Because of this, the product is practically unusable.

The biggest issue is their third-class customer support. After purchase, there is no option in the app or on the website to request a return or exchange. I raised a complaint via email, as that was the only available option, but received no response even after waiting.

Due to the lack of response, I contacted them through Instagram, where they actively promote their products. After discussion, they refused to accept a return. I then requested an exchange, but again there was no response. Eventually, they blocked me on Instagram instead of resolving the issue.

This behavior clearly shows how they operate—using Instagram promotions to attract customers but avoiding responsibility after receiving payment. My money is wasted, and the product is of no use.

I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from Japam’s Only, as there seems to be no proper after-sales support, no transparent return policy, and poor product quality.

Actually I want to give zero star but there is no other option. Japam.in deserve less than one star review. Worst service. I paid in advance for my order but didn't receive due to their technical error. Neither I receive my amount back nor my items which I have ordered from Japam.in. I mailed several times but no response. Zero customer service. My order number -JPM1512709 for reference

Color coated beads they send, within a week colour got fade away. It's fraud, utterly disappointed.

Fraud...they deliver damaged product and ask you to pay again 100 shipping charges for replacement ..there is not refund...

Dont Buy, they do not return their defective products. I purchased Bracelet. They supplied defective bracelet, when I mailed him to replace they totally ignored and told to show the video of unboxing, how many customers record video ? They put such a nonsense point so that no customer can show the unboxing video and they can run their business l. Better to buy from roads but I will not buy from Japam

I ordered 3 Crystal bracelet. When I got courier and open that i fond 1 one crystal is different insted of I order, 2nd crystal bracelet string is broken and 3rd one is ok.
I sent all videos and photos on their whatsup, then no response. Again sent all details on mail, but they are not accepting my claim.
After many mail, they accept for only damaged sting crystal than demanded ₹ 100 as replacement charge; Also not accepting my claim for wrong product delivered. They only response on email. No any phone number given for customer support so you don't have option to talk and explain anything. Totally fraud company to purchase any Crystal.
Don't purchase, otherwise you will loose your harde earned money also mentally torcher... 👎

I bought a product from this company but my product is discolored because it is a duplicate. No product returns.I am being misled when I talk to customers. So everyone should be careful and buy products from here.

GOT JAPAM MONEY bracelat order no #JPM1293692 . Looked good at first but after a week the elastic on which the beads are put broke. They should have put some better material. Plus as per other band these stones need to be charged there is no such think in Japam brand. The stone also broke when it fell on the ground.

It’s a fraudulent website. I took products on COD when it arrived the courier person did not allow me to open it. After I paid I opened the product and realised that the product was missing. Website does not have a valid address and a valid customer service. It’s system driven to cheat customers.

I order money magnet bracelet had some quality issue and later I send video later they told to pay me 100Rs for replacement as handling fee. Now when I track order it shows delivery rescheduled,the courier name Xpressbees. These never contacted me. Now I called a executive he says cancel the order and banged the call. Who is responsible person in Japam. Very Disappointing attitude.

I have received 9 mukhi instead of 12. Please replace or refund. I have attached all the screenshots and I verified the certificate and it confirms it is 9 mukhi, also I counted the beads, it is not 12 mukhi. This is not what I expected from you.

I was orderd on 19th Sep.2025 from Japam.in, it should be delivered within 5-6 days( As per they promised).On 25th Sep. i got a message your order has out of delivered, but surprised within 2 min. i again got a messege, order can't delivered. then i started follow-up with their customer care. then on 30st Sep. they placed the ordered. but again same poor service from Blue dart.Finally i am asking for refund the money, then they took seriousaly and finally i got my ordred on 13th Oct.2025. Very POOR SERVICE FROM JAPAM

It’s not worth of 1 star either. It’s a scam please don’t order anything from these guys. I spend 4000rs for some products. I’m waiting for past 3 weeks to get the delivery but there is no response from Japam. And they are giving a fake tracking number( there’s no courier exist but it’s showing out for deliver)

I had ordered a Japam Karungali bracelet but received a Karungali mala instead. I had placed an order on 14th but the product got delivered on 24th.
And when I opened the package, the box delivered is from some other store.
They won't respond to customers properly, not picking the calls or responding to mails on time.
Asked me to send them an unboxing video. It's been 3 days and I'm constantly mailing, sending all the proper required unboxing. They just said the product delivered is karungali but not from them and they've just cancelled the return request.
Very bad experience with Japam.
