Tokyo to mount fuji private tour
We booked a tour from our hotel in tokyo to mount fuji. We had a wonderful day trip with Ahmed who guided us about all the places, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. He made our family very comfortable and we saw some great views on our tour. He drove very well and it was an amazing private tour. Thanks!

12 days private tour throughout Japan
We just finished using them for 12 days private tour throughout Japan including pick up and drop off to the airport. From day #1 Communication was prompt, smooth and easy ,our itinerary was tailored according to our needs and wishes and executed beautifully by our driver Aman, he delivered great quality service, always in time, very patient with our little kids, pleasant,extremely respectful and helpful, absolutely recommend him. Ask for him ! You won’t regret.

Japan Ichiban has been fantastic

All well organised, Hassan our guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
The only downside, 1 day is too short. Overall we had fantastic time!!!! I recommend it for you like history even if some part are sad due the amount of people dead and then visit of Miyajima, beautiful island.

Our tour guide/driver was Hussan
Our tour guide/driver was Hussan. He was punctual, very knowledgeable about Japanese culture. Over all we had great time.
We also this company for Mount Fuji tour, but our driver/tour guide was different. He had very limited English speaking skills but we managed using the google translate app. Even with very limited English speaking skills he was very good.
The only thing I got confused with is that when I booked this excursion, I was told we will have luxury vehicle but they meant by this is that you get 10 seater instead of 7 seaters. I was expecting recliner chairs etc as we used for premium taxi. But never mind we still had good time.

Fantastic Fuji!
The tour was amazing and we made many memories as a family. The guide Umar was superb, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He also knew many of the best places to take the best photographs and took them so we could all be in them together.
Would definitely recommend this tour and guide to others looking to make lasting memories.

We had an amazing experience with Aman
We had an amazing experience with Aman! He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our day perfect.
He took us on a private tour to Mount Fuji and customized the entire experience exactly the way we wanted. We made a few changes along the way, and he was extremely flexible and accommodating — always with a great attitude.
One of the highlights was when he took us to a very traditional restaurant in a local village, which made the experience even more special and authentic.
Everything was seamless, well-organized, and truly memorable. We highly recommend Aman to anyone looking for a personalized and exceptional tour in Japan!

Terrible company please read …
We booked a tour to see the snow monkeys and we had a written itinerary. We were picked up by 2 men one who didn’t speak English well at all. The skipped the first 2 stops and took us straight to the monkeys and told us we had an hour and 20 mins. The itinerary said 2 hours as there is 40 mins of walking. They then insisted we cut the tour short as they needed to get back to Tokyo. The experience ruined our trip. We went to Mount Fuji with the same company and a driver said if I didn’t give a 5* review he would lose his job. He made more effort with a little bit of information on the places we visit but the company is not a tour guide it’s a taxi service. Do not recommend at all.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that our team was in contact with you throughout the day, and we always encourage our guests to immediately inform us via our WhatsApp helpline 24/7 if anything does not go according to the agreed itinerary. This allows us to take instant action and resolve the issue on the spot. Regarding your concern about two individuals at pickup, please note that it is not our company policy to send more than one guide/driver unless specifically arranged. Had this been reported at the time, we would have addressed it immediately.
We also understand your concerns regarding the timing and adjustments to the itinerary. While unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact schedules, we agree that clear communication and adherence to the plan are extremely important.
Regarding your Mount Fuji tour, we noticed that a 5-star review was submitted, which indicated satisfaction at the time. However, we take your current feedback seriously, including your comment about being asked for a review, as this is not in line with our company standards.
We sincerely apologize if any part of your experience fell short. Please be assured that, based on your feedback, an internal inquiry has already been initiated and the concerned staff has been issued a formal notice. We are committed to maintaining high service standards and ensuring such situations do not occur in the future.

My name is Christopher v. currently 4-2-2026 in Tokyo today was our first experience with Japan ichiban tours I wasn’t certain at first, but then I looked into it further and the guide and the contact and the frequent updates on every bit of situation and what’s going on is just completely exceptional. They’re able to literally customize anything you wanted to and based on what your goals are I highly recommend the service for someone who’s never been to Japan or wants to take a more luxurious route in the sense of being driven around to your location and overall just feel to take the edge off of stress and travel and just see things. Yes you may have to get up a little early lol or you may have to get up early lol however the experience is worth it the transportation clean cars they do have chauffeurs that speak different languages so that is wonderful as well and here’s a little bit about my experience today April 2, 2026. I booked a four day experience with them and if this is only my first time, I cannot wait to see the experience I’m going to have during the rest of my trip here. Definitely give them a call.
Today’s tour was exceptional our guide kashif was a 10/10 we hit all the spots dispite the unexpected accidents on the road was wondering if possible if we could have them for a tour tomorrow if not, I’m sure whoever you send is perfectly fine. It’s just he was so great at his job.
