JSE - Niseko
This is second year using JSE and just like last year everything was perfect. When planning trip, JSE agents respond within hours. They are knowledgeable on all properties which makes chosing the correct one effortless. We will definitely be using JSE next year.

Would love to be back
Koharu is at the best location, very near the slopes and have free transport to affiliated restaurants. Very clean and cosy for winter stay. It has a rental shop downstairs which is so convenient

Happo Heaven
Had a great skiing holiday in Happo One, the accomodation was unbelievably good, ski and equipment hire already organised and the snow was Devine. The booking proccess was simple and easy to navigate.
Will use Japan Ski experience for our next trip. Thanks guys… magnificent!!!

I booked a hotel in Hakuba, the prompt service, replies & recommendations was first class. Especially, a big thank you to Thao for liaising/organizing transfers between my hotel in Tsugaike & the hotel in Happo then Wadano. You went above & beyond. I will definitely use again for my next Japow adventure.

Highly recommend, amazing service!!
I had never used a booking agent before and I was a bit uncertain, but I could not have been happier with Japan Ski Experience and I will definitely use them again! They were extremely helpful, providing advice on all things from transport to/ from Hakuba to places to eat while we waited for our transfer. The lodge we booked exceeded our expectations and all email comms were responsive and friendly. Will recommend to family and friends!

Fantastic experience
We booked a chalet in Hakuba with Japan Ski Experience over the New Year period. The booking process was simple and easy, and all passes and equipment were booked at the same time. Check in and check out were equally easy. Highly recommend and will definitely use again next time we go to Japan.
