This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered size 312 rechargeable batteries for my hearing aid from Japebo. I cannot get these batteries in the U.S. so I'm very thankful to have a place to buy them. It is nice to have the rechargeable ones. Even if the batteries are backordered, I can depend on Japebo to come through! The rechargeable batteries last a long time until I have to replace them. I'm very satisfied with Japebo!

As you informed us that the receiver packaging had been opened, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return or exchange. These products are classified as medical/hygiene items, and once the seal has been broken, we cannot resell them for hygiene reasons. We also did not advise you to order this receiver.
We have offered you 20% discount on the correct receiver as goodwill, but we have not yet received a reply from you. We are therefore unable to help further until we hear back from you.
