The company does not tell customers…

The company does not tell customers that it will take over a month to send product....i tried to cancel within hours of placing order and was told 3 days later that it already shipped. that was almost a month ago, and now i'm being told that i need to refuse delivery. i placed a dispute with my CC company and found out that many others have had the same problem. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

It is order ##12205041. shipments from Denmark or New Zealand to the US don't come anywhere close to the middle east, so blaming the shipping delays on the middle east confict doesn't make sense. The very few times you have responded, you effectively tell me to wait. It is too late to ship another unit from Denmark or now New Zealand. And i have asked numerous times for a refund which you constantly ignore, but rather tell me that if the package ever gets delivered to return it to some international address. This whole situation is not acceptable and you should information your potential customers that your devices are being sent from various international locations and to expect long shipping delays

Still haven't received anything !!!!!

If an order has not arrived after a month, we would of course look into it immediately and send a replacement shipment.

It has everything for your hearing aid device

I had been looking everywhere for a hearing aid wire because I wanted to make sure I could hear properly before my wedding. When I first found this website, I honestly thought it might be a scam since I had never seen or heard of it before.

After thinking about it, I decided to give it a chance and ordered the wire. Thankfully, it arrived about a week later, and it truly saved me. It meant so much to be able to hear clearly during such an important moment at my wedding with my wife.

I’m really grateful, and I will definitely order from this website again if I ever need another replacement.
