This is my second purchase from Japebo
This is my second purchase from Japebo, the only company I found that correctly listed the size of the Concha Lock that I wanted to buy. The order from Denmark takes a little while to go through US Customs so it's not something to think of as a 'last minute' purchase. I'm willing to wait.

Easy to order replacement parts and the prices are excellent! Overseas shipping may take a few days, but there is package tracking that keeps you informed of the progress. Excellent company and I will definitely order again, as needed.

We were able to find hearing aid…
We were able to find hearing aid batteries here that we couldn’t find anywhere else. It took a little bit to get them because of shipping over overseas, but they arrived and work fine.
