Thanks for your review here on TrustPilot - as mentioned on mail, we did indeed supply the product that you ordered - however we understand that it does not fit your hearing aids, which is why we have offered to exchange it to the model that fits your hearing aids - however you are asking for a full refund of the products that you have started using, and we unfortunately cannot offer this.
