My fitted wardrobe looks gorgeous! The manager is well organised and prepared! Helps us even planning the dream wardrobe. He is always ready to help. The team is hardworking and is a dream team. Will work with them in the future as well.

Although, I had a previous bad work experience with this company and Ravinder, due to his promise made about his good change of business and also he requested for a new business, I referred him to one of my friends new house wardrobe and other works. Unfortunately, that was a major mistake I did by trusting his words.

He has not completed his work and left most of the works in the middle and make the customers run behind him months and months after. He never responds calls or messages as that is his usual unprofessional behavior and he never changed too.

He always initiates the first conversation in a nice way with the customer, he does all promises up to the sky and end of the world.. always by saying yes to all of your requirements, designs, timelines etc without listening you properly and make you happy until you confirm his business, pay deposit and few further payments too. He would show the real color and his bad works only after that and make you frustrated at the core. He leaves your work half way in the middle by not fitting doors, mirrors, handles, shelves and other parts but he claims you 100% is done for payments and then make you run behind him.

BE AWARE OF that guys and careful with your payments!.AVOID FOR A FULL PAYMENTS and don't agree for any stage payments until he completes 100% work. I was questioned by my friend and had a problem in our relationship due to the bad referral.He always commits work in many places at a time and he never does the job one place better as planned except telling 100s of fake reasons for his delay and bad business approach. My best advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from this company and look for a better professional workers out in the market (plenty of great companies out there with better quote) to complete your jobs in a smooth peaceful ways.
I wanted to give 0 or negative rating but no options to select it, so given 1 star which is not even worth it.

I don't think most of the positive comments are true except just he is trying to balance the negative reviews by posting positive messages on top to show the good review % higher. But, most of the actual customers feedback are bad and NEGATIVES only.

We have all your visits of video clips, call recordings, texts and emails as well when you asked for a new business and said you would give a referral bonus that you promised you changed your business in a very good way.

I trusted your words that you changed your business in a good way. But, you cheated all that by saying just for getting business and you never changed your business in a good way. Also,you never paid any single penny to me which I did not care about. I always ensured my friends' work you should do in-time and without any problems as you created lot of problems at my house (I have proof of all that as well). Police visited while you worked. You made problems again everywhere.

You forwarded all other customers' quotes to me and I have all in emails and texts. All your previous customers wrote about you and your business already in trust pilot and google reviews the same bad way only which proves you do the same damage to every customer and their works.

You also try to threaten people in a rude way that is also recorded in one of the customers reviews that proves how you deal with customers which you are doing with me now. All my reviews are based on my experience I had for my work and observed you. We have all the proofs in hand. The list of pending works proof is also there in writing. All the real customers will know and talk about you! Raise it and will see how and what you are doing in your business by the en-queries of govt bodies and all other concerned departments too. Finally, everyone will know about how proper or improper business you are doing in this country. Don't try to act yourself good and make your business go in a bad way any further. Time for you to change and try your business in a better way. All the real customers will know and talk about you!

We are very happy from Jashco kitchens and bedrooms. They have done my bedrooms. Their work is really fantastic. They promised they will do in one week time and they done on time. Highly recommended.

I had an extremely terrible experience with the Owner of Jascho kitchens, his name is Ravinder. He is completely unprofessional.
We had our wardrobes done in November/ Dec 2020, costed me more than 7 grand and I am sharing my recent bitter experience.

1. They never turn up on the proposed time (except day1) and never finish work on agreed time:
Ravinder promised us to get everything done in a week however, it took more than three weeks. I can understand it is hard in these difficult times however, he doesn't keep up to his promises. One day they turn up at 3pm, other day at 5pm and thrice they didn't even turn up. Ravinder has no courtesy to call and inform his customers. No consistent timings and no professionalism!

2. Please make sure you pay them the final settlement once all the work (100%) is completed:
I was asked to pay 20% as advance to order the material, then 45% once they start the work and then the rest after completion. The first two stages of the agreed payment went OK,hapy days! With 10% work pending to be completed, he calls me one day and says, "Keep £200 and transfer the rest of the amount (final payment was 2500£)". Checking his reviews and friends experiences, I've told him to complete the pending 10% and I will pay the final settlement. For which he became extremely angry, threatens me and says "Bhiq Maang raha hu kya?" (in hindi) which means, am I begging for my money? and asks me to transfer £2300 and keep £200 for pending work. Later, I was threatened that my funrniture will be removed by his boys. I have a video recording of him and it was such a painfull experience!
I was stringent, said "No", didnt transfer any money and made sure all the work is 100% completed.
Trust me, all the workers unavailability , stock unavailability excuses were available the next day.

3. Damages: please make sure you report and get it addressed immediatey.

So, make sure you take a wise choice!

My friend recommended Ravi from Jashco to us as we were planning for a walk in wardrobe in our bedroom. Ravi was immediately responsive and within a couple of days he came out to Surrey to see us and discuss our plans. He also recommended builders who could start building work of the room we wanted and he ensured the wardrobe fitting was carried out soon after the room was finished. There were minor delays but these were out of their control due to the pandemic. The final finish was of a high standard and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Jashco to our friends and family.

I contracted Ravinder to build 2 wardrobes and 2 bathroom cabinets in September and the work is still not finished. The bathroom cabinet doors were cut too short and no shelves were installed. 1 wardrobe is missing soft close mechanisms. The quality of the finish is average. Ravinder doesn’t answer calls and won’t commit to returning to finish the work. Run a mile from this company!

I'm highly delighted with Ravi and his team work from Jashco. Ravi gave me excellent advice throughout and did a brilliant job. His team workmanship has been much admired in the couple of weeks since the job was completed. The quality of his work has transformed our house. At all times he and his team was very polite, friendly and courteous and kept us informed of their progress. Did a really good job, and price was spot on. He was responsive to our changes and came up with a number of his own. The end result of his effort is very impressive and in fact better than what we were hoping for.

Very pleased and would use again definitely. Also I would rate him as a great professional and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

We got fitted wardrobes done for 2 bedrooms and a shoe cupboard fitted into a storage space and a bathroom shelf. Very reasonable, fitted in 3 working days and looks fabulous with customised handles that I bought.Was initially wary but the work done was exemplary, will be sure to recommend them to our friends and get more work done by them in the future. This is the second time I’ve had jashco out the first time they built wardrobes around my ikea chest of drawers making it look like a whole unit top job that made me employ them again today to build a wall to wall wardrobe in my spare room this has shelves down one side 2 hanging rails with drawers below with sliding doors middle door is full mirror the guys on both occasions were very professional removing their shoes on entry cleaning as they work and finally one big tidy up at the end they were great I / we are very happy with our wardrobes they really look smart and at a fraction of the cost of the well known brands and as for Ravi nothing is to much trouble falling over himself to make the customer happy
