Difficult time made so much easier
Over the last 3.5 years, I’ve sadly had to organise funerals for both my parents. One in September 2022 and the last this month (January 2026). JB Hall have been fantastic from beginning to end. We spoke to Jen both times who guided us through the process. Such a lovely manner and gentle guidance at such a difficult time. On the day, things could not have gone better. Perfect throughout!

Fantastic service
One word, well a name. Jen.
Jen felt like an old friend from the minute my daughter and I first went in to the office. She understood from our initial phone call that it wasn't a shocking or distressing death but was death none the less. My daughter and I were very chatty about the person my mum had been and that in ways we'd lost her a long time ago. Jen didn't make our bravado in the situation feel odd or inappropriate and acknowledged the relief we felt. Our on going communications by email were quick and efficient and the funeral plans themselves came together very easily. The funeral itself ran seamlessly and was just as I had hoped, and we hadn't had to have a long drawn out discussion over every detail. The team beyond Jen know exactly what they are doing. After the event I had to go in a couple of times and again Jen was very personable and kind. It has been an enjoyable experience at such a difficult time. Thank you.
