Seamless and heartfelt service
Jen at JB Halls made our experience seamless. She was everything you could have wished for when having to plan a funeral for your mum. The actual day went without a hitch and ran smoothly. The flowers around the wicker coffin were stunning. The florist they used did an exceptional job and mum would have been so pleased. It was just what she would have wanted

Outstanding professional service from start to finish.
Jen Ivory is a credit to JB Hall- the care and attention to detail is outstanding & she goes above and beyond to ensure that what is a difficult time runs as smoothly as possible.
The pallbearers, cars etc and all involved provide a truly impressive service, everything is very clean, and all are very smart, professional and courteous.

Caring at time of need
This is the second funeral I have used JB Hall Finchampstead Road Wokingham, first my brother and now my Husband. Their attention to detail is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Unfortunately I was becoming quite ill myself by the time the funeral came around but was able to attend and thought everything went as well as it could. My late sister having used the company when her husband passed away about 4 years ago. It seemed natural to make the same choice.

This is the feedback I provided to Karen at Wokingham.
Hello, Karen,
Just wanted to say ‘thank you’ again for looking after the love of my life while she was in your care. I appreciate that I paid for it, but you and your team went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. The family who came to see Carol all commented on how helpful you were.
The funeral cortège team were very respectful and the man in charge (sorry, I have forgotten his name in my brain fog) was polite, respectful, helpful and explained everything to me that was happening. I am only sorry that I forgot to take some cash with me as I would have tipped them.
Sarah-Jane did your company proud. Everyone who attended said what a wonderful celebrant she was and how she brought Carol to life, explaining what she meant to all of us and us to her. She is a genuine credit to your company.
My mother-in-law, who is not known for her praise gave me a huge hug and told me that the funeral was “bloody perfect”.
