The bookcase arrived within the stated time, and, on time on the day , however, I didn't appreciate being told I had to pay them £20 in cash to unpack it and remove the rubbish. It was left in my hallway, which was my room of choice. Apparently it's £40 if you request this through the company, neither arrangement I was aware of. As I had no cash, they shrugged and went on their merry way and left me to struggle with it myself. Won't be using them again.

We work with many retailers, and depending on the retailer, the customer’s circumstances, and the property, we may not always be able to take the item to the room of choice. All information about charges and whether certain products can be assembled or delivered to the room of choice is always included in the customer’s file when confirming delivery. Our team and delivery drivers are fully aware of what the customer expects and how they should proceed at the customer’s property before completing delivery.

Outstanding quality service/product
Ordered the bed online. Easy methods to pay. They communicated through several methods, emails, phone calls and text messages. They communicated in good times and turned up to planned delivery. The team were efficient and very quick putting the bed together. The bed itself is absolutely brilliant. I had the best sleep in a very long time. The quality is top notch, I have zero complaints what so ever. 5 out of 5 for me

Drivers refused to even try to bring item inside
The delivery was due this morning.
The driver called me repeatedly despite my not answering as I was in another extremely important call.
When they arrived, they refused to bring our item inside because they claimed it would not fit through the doorway. (They did not try to bring it in). They also refused to unload the items from the box.
The box is now sitting in front of our house, which is on a busy road.
Now my husband and I have to figure out how to unpack a box of flat pack pieces, including a marble countertop, during our working day.
Appalling service.

We’re sorry to hear this delivery caused you stress. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Our drivers always call customers about half an hour before arriving at their property just to make sure the customer is aware and ready at present for their delivery. our delivery drivers don't let our customers down in anyway. If the customer's delivery has been sorted for assembly, they will definitely assemble it for the customer. Customers should let us know if there are any changes or concerns regarding a delivery. If drivers are aware that certain products cannot fit in a specific area, they can think ahead and plan an alternative.

The guys kept me in the loop for their long journey up to Scotland and ended up being here hours earlier than first advised, that was great and they were quick and efficient with the delivery of my mattress they even took the plastic wrapper off and put it straight onto my bed to save me the heavy lifting. Not the most chatty lads, but very efficient, I recommend them 100%.

Great that they called to let me know what day they could come. However, the lady’s first language was not english and I found it hard to understand what she was saying… please slow down and state the name of the retailer (John Lewis in this case), to ensure clarity.

Poor service from the start
Very poor service received from the outset with this company- multiple mistakes when sorting the delivery date then it arrived at 8.30pm for a 5pm to 8pm delivery slot.
They do not provide any sort of tracking service and don’t phone ahead with an ETA like most reputable companies do.
No apology from the delivery guys who just wanted to drop the items and go ASAP.
Update - this company claim in their response that they contact the customer by phone to give updates on the delivery- but this is simply not true!

Suppose to deliver two coffee tables…
Suppose to deliver two coffee tables between 10am and 1pm. Lack of communication. I called 2pm and I was told by the staff the driver will call me but still no call. I then called the company which I purchased the tables after 3pm and I was told the driver will arrive by 4pm.
The worse part driver was on the phone during the delivery and didn't even put the coffee tables inside the house. He left them near the front door so my wife and my young daughter had to carry them inside.

Great experience
Very happy with this company every part of the delivery was great, on time informative and friendly delivery staff. I’ve just taken a second delivery by this firm and I was told that they were running late because of a breakdown but they still delivered it at 7pm and they were still very polite and helpful, this company is second to none.

huge thank you to everyone at your company for the outstanding customer service we’ve received from start to finish.
When we first ordered our bed, the ordering process, delivery, and overall service were fantastic. After moving into our new property, we unfortunately discovered that, through no fault of anyone’s, the bed had been supplied without the necessary brackets. I contacted your team within 24 hours, and I was genuinely impressed that the replacement brackets arrived in the post so quickly. The issue was resolved without any hassle.
After a couple of months of using the mattress, we noticed that it had started to sink on the left-hand side. I contacted your customer service team again, and once more the experience was exceptional. We were offered two solutions—a partial refund or a replacement mattress. As we absolutely love the bed and have been so impressed with your company, we chose the replacement.
I did mention that I was concerned the same issue could happen again if we replaced it with the exact same mattress. Rather than simply sending another identical one, your team kindly offered us a different type of mattress, which we were absolutely delighted with. It really showed that you listened to our concerns and wanted to ensure we were completely happy.
The replacement delivery was just as impressive as the first. The two delivery gentlemen were incredibly professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the mattress wouldn’t fit in our lift, but without hesitation they carried it up four flights of stairs. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really didn’t go unnoticed.
I genuinely cannot thank your company enough for the way you have handled everything. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and focused on providing the best possible customer experience. It is rare to receive service of this standard these days, and I wanted to make sure you knew how much it has been appreciated.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to family, friends, and anyone looking for a quality bed backed by exceptional customer service.
