I was called 30 mins before delivery, we had an aluminum pergola put up! The guys were very professional, friendly, polite and very precise. They cleared everything when finished. Excellent job

Really friendly helpful delivery guy
Really friendly helpful delivery guy - contact 15 mins before arrival so I could put the dogs away and unlock back gate - the path to my back back gate isn’t the widest but didn’t complain overall one of the better delivery experiences I’ve had

Professional and friendly delivery drivers. They took care of my delivery and my home as they were manoeuvring my delivery through it. Top notch couldnt have asked for a better service!

Rediculous wait times
I don’t understand why it takes nearly two weeks from you receiving my package to delivering it - you claim Scotland is added time but I’m 15 mins from Glasgow - hardly in the sticks - also your emails and texts need to be clearer that if you don’t respond to accept the delivery date you will reschedule without communication.

Good morning Nigel, and apologies for the delay in getting your item delivered, however we did plan this in and sent you a text and email asking you confirm the delivery date. As you did not confirm we also tried calling you the day before delivery but had no answer so we left a voicemail asking you to call us back or confirm via the link on the text/email that was sent. As there was not confirmation with any of this we had to remove it from the run and replan the delivery. Our policy is we cannot send any item without confirmation from the customer first. I feel the 1 star is slightly unjust as we did all we could to get you to confirm your delivery date and time slot. If you wish to discuss this further please call me on 01536 660221. Kind regards. I am very happy as I live on the 3rd…
I am very happy as I live on the 3rd floor and the guys brought up my 3 heavy boxes which was my double bed. They did not have to but thankfully they brought them up I could not be happier with the service.
