Bought for an elderly lady who cannot use smart phones but wants to keep in contact with friends abroad using WhatsApp

The WhatsApp interphase is awful, however it’s the best out there for a dumb phone infact. I think it’s the only solid dumb phone that I can find.
She does find it difficult, I’m just praying that she gets better at using it.

It’s a shame mobile phone makers don’t consider the generation who struggle with modern technology

Great phone, great customer service, nothing too much trouble for them. Only snag I bought it for my husband as a work phone but when it arrived, I couldn’t get it to work. They were really helpful and sent a new one out and paid returns to send it back. Second one didn’t work either. Realised it didn’t work with a Smarty SIM card but works fine with O2, as my husband has two phone. We swapped sims. Sorted. Will just say don’t buy if you have a smarty sim. They are working on solving the issue. My husband hates smart phones and has always used a JCB for work, he says he finds them simple to use and loves it.

I ordered this phone as a replacement for my 8” year old Dad - he previously had a CAT phone but it wasn’t 4G so was slowly stopping working. We may as well have kept that phone as it would have been just as useful!

There is nothing simple about this phone, at all. You can’t dial out easily, it makes you go through the contacts list first. The buttons are all displaced, no button actually means what you think it does and it’s probably for the best that it’s an indestructible phone because using it makes you want to throw it across the room!

We are unhappy. The person at the other end cannot hear us properly. It sounds to them like we are under water.

Phone call volume was very faint, needing loud speaker permanently, Sent back for repair, bought a second phone to use in mean time, Repaired phone no better, and new one also very faint, So both not much use in a tough environment !!!

I bought a phone case without realising it was a hslf case not a full case as the one I was replacing after many years. The fit was tight and it was difficult to fit the charger. Guaranteed drop tested my screen broke after a fall onto house floor laminate a short distance but landed on zhe sceen. I did message and they didnt respond.

No permanent charging light
Also the charging port isn't the best as the rubber doesn't clear well enough
And the charging cable that came with it is faulty
