Delivered by evri which has poor tracking and delivery times and the package was damaged. Evri has full AI help only that has no way of dealing with problems. Oukitel told me to deal with evri when there was a problem instead of sorting it themselves.
As for the phone, it is great. The battery only needs charging once a week, has a decent projector and the torch is ok. Being heavy and deeper than a normal phone is good as I can hold it easier and drop it less.
The phone does have some annoyances.
I cannot rearrange the triangle, circle, square buttons on the home screen as there is no option to do so. It's current configuration is different from my old setup and no longer intuitive.
I would prefer the volume buttons to be on the right of the phone because putting it down in landscape mode can accidentally adjust volume.
The edge touching the screen feels sharp when resting on my fingers as I hold it due to the weight. If the bevel on the edges of the case were raised 2mm higher at the same angle this issue would be solved.
And lastly when I use chrome there is a redirect that keeps taking me to the Oukitel website, very annoying and I have yet to find out if this can be stopped.
Overall great phone, would I buy another? Definitely but only if they address these issues.

I've been using ouiktel phones for a few years now 3 I think. Very underated phone, it's missing a couple of features that would be nice but not a huge deal. Loudspeaker is a little tinny but other than that for £200 quid I don't think many phone will beat it. Not for everyone but personally I quite like the aesthetics and chunkiness of the phone

I bought the Oukitel WP56 5G and I’m happy with it. Solid build, large battery, and good storage for the price. Practical phone for work and daily use.

Phone has so far been OK, it was a big heavier that I was expecting but is fast and battery life is now at 70% after 4 days of use with no recharges. I did have to de-bloat the software and I have battery saver turned on mostly. Night vision and thermal cameras work well. It does need a good sturdy carrying pouch which I am still hunting for as I do lots of dog walks and outdoor events.

Overall device is ok because it cheap, but the camera is not good, its shows 4 cameras but its fake only 1 camera is working and other are just dummy. And also sometimes phone gets slow and close all windows automatically when you are doing some important work than you have to do again

The whole process was flawless and straightforward. From the purchase of the phone to delivery the communication was really decent and everything went just as I expected. The phone itself is really good and does all the things you would like the good phone to do. The optics are lacking a little bit on quality, but if you can live with it you get a very sturdy and very decent phone for about a third of what all the main makes cost.

Very happy with the tablet I received and the refund for the phone was received quick but the only thing I was disappointed with was I got told the phone was out of stock but it's still being advertised on the website

So far it does everything that I expect.
Very nice screen, viewable in bright sunlight.
Appears well made and robust.
The screws which attach the handle are a little short, they work but another turn of thread engagement would inspire more confidence.
All in all, very satisfactory.
