The gym all around is pretty good has everything I need for a great workout!
There was a lady called Libby who I was talking to recently and she was absolutely lovely made me feel so at home and comfortable!
We even found out we both have a love for egg bites from Starbucks 🥚

Went in today to sign up for a new membership and Libby her name was was such a gem helped me out dearly such kind and caring and took her time explaining how it all works I will be telling my old gym class friends about her and this gym as the customer service I received today was amazing wish I could give more than 5 stars 😊

Dated gym with great staff
Staff are all great friendly and welcoming.
The only reason it doesnt get a 5 from me is some of the machines are dated. Plenty of the other JD gyms have better machines. Top floor has like 15 elipticals only ever seen 1 used in 5 years of training there.
Needs updating inline with other JD gyms. Its in desperate need of some new kit

The changing room for ladies are…
The changing room for ladies are disgusting it’s smell so bad especially the shower and the sona I plan to shower there but it smells and its very dirty it makes me sick please have a look at it bc it really need to change or if something can be done or be cleaned more.

The showers have been damaged for a…
The showers have been damaged for a long time. The water temperature changes constantly during operation. The shower is rather cold and soldered. Sometimes it is so hot that I have to run away from the shower. I reported this problem many times by email, but no one wanted to answer me, and no one will fix it.

First experience in JD Gyms
Quite spacious, well facilities e.g. water machine.
However, when exited, the apps could not be open. We could not get out until the staff open the gate for us.
Would suggest to provide instructor to walk around with the member first time visit.
