Hello - Thank you for your review. A QR code will be visible near the entrance just before the turnstile gates aswell as another one inside the gym just after the turnstiles. Once scanned, it will bring up a screen where you can 'login' and this should then enable the Wi-Fi for you. Alternatively, you can also press the green buzzer near the turnstiles which will alert a member of the team to come over and assist you further.

I’ve been going to PureGym around the…
I’ve been going to PureGym around the country for 10 years.
Lately left Aintree’s PureGym, and love this JD. Tools are not modern and are old but it does the job! There’s everything you need.
Massive cardio area, great quality treadmills, may need to update cycles. New fly machines are needed, as there’s only one. Good shower, would be good to add a few additional hangers to hang the clothes outside showers. Changing room is good. Overall if a few more modern tools be added would be fantastic.

Friendly environment but some of the equipment needs fixing. 2 of the bikes upstairs need replacing or fixing.

I really enjoy training at JD Gym Aintree, especially the fitness classes (currently run by Sai) like Circuit and Burn are motivating and a great workout. The large studio space is a big plus. One downside is that it gets very warm downstairs, so better air con would really help. Equipment-wise it would be great to see more machines focused on lower body – like calf raise machines or glute boxes. Overall, a good gym with great energy.

The atmosphere here is not very welcoming, and the customer service should be improved. I've been to a lot of gyms before and this has been the least inviting one. I would not recommend this for beginners. It's been a lot worse over the past year.

Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in XXXX, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

Gym is actually quite alright BUT…..
Gym is actually quite alright.
Few minor issues however:
The sauna absolutely stinks, its unbearable at times. Surely this is a quick fix!
Also, do you guys just pay for a false router? That wifi definitely doesnt work on purpose, we get absolutely no signal at all in there, its like walking into a world war bunker!

Great gym for the size
Great gym for the size, equipment is sufficient! hip thrust machine would be great if possible in Aintree. Showers are good benefit to the gym but the smell from them is awful most days.
