Great Gym, probably the best one in Cardiff with regards to equipment and classes on offer. Staff and PTs are friendly and helpful. I love, that the gym and classes still take place on the bank hols 😏

Fantastic gym
Amazing gym, 2 floors with large amount of machines. Staff are great and very helpful. Gym is always very clean and there's also a sauna in the changing rooms!
