Could not park in a disabled space…
Could not park in a disabled space again even when you complain to staff nothing is fine about the problem with people that are not disabled parking in disabled bays it’s a joke and shocking

I have ADHD and struggle most times…
I have ADHD and struggle most times when places are crowded. I love that's it's 24/7 I can go when it's after 12 at night!! Really enjoying my time.. I'm a blue badge holder and disabled and love it if you done a bit off a discount as I'm on benefits..

The staff are very helpful
The staff are very helpful! When I went it was close to 9-10pm and it was relatively busy but not completely full. The spacing between all of the machines is good as well

I guess I've been spoiled...
I guess I've been spoiled. I've recently moved to EK and left NRG GYM in Glasgow behind. The difference in quality is staggering. Machines are aged, accessories for the cable machines and all battered, and there's not enough. I understand that it's a popular gym but it suffers a lot from people using (or not using) machines and then sitting there on their phones for 15-20 minutes.
Decent amount of space and plates in the gym though. Changing rooms (male) have been clean any time I've been in but sometimes the soap dispensers are empty.
Overall, it's OK but I'm really missing the HAMMER equipment of NRG.

Good range of equipment, but busy!
Great amount of space and equipment, and the women’s area is fantastic. Only downside is how busy the gym is 24/7, which isn’t exactly JD’s fault as East Kilbride needs another large gym to balance out the numbers. The classes have decreased which is a shame as I used to love yoga, clubbercise, and multiple spin classes in the afternoon.

Great gym .
Plenty of good quality gym equipment with lots of options for workout , cardio, free weights , strength training machines , TRX .
Any issues quickly resolved by Manager ,Kellie, who’s very approachable and keen to listen to members’ suggestions for improvement.
