I joined early last week after a friend recommendation, not disappointed! Relaxed atmosphere, clean and tidy! I’ve not been to a gym in years and don’t feel intimidated by the setting.

One entry a day which is not workable for and thats not the point being opened for 24 hours.

Like no contract commitment, friendly staff and plenty of equipment, staff keep the gym clean and are always busy. Good price point per month.

Joined the JD Gym in East Kilbride and…
Joined the JD Gym in East Kilbride and spoke email Fraser the manager who went above and beyond to get help with a work out plan before even meeting me . And booked me in with a induction with Steven who is fountain of knowledge and can tell loves helping people made me feel really comfortable for
My 1st time I recommend joining this Gym for the this reason the staff are awesome and very friendly and make you feel relaxed and not nervous .

First day going to the JD Gym in East…
First day going to the JD Gym in East Kilbride I had n issue with the App and scanning in. Manager Kellie who was very friendly and supportive assisted me with the issue and resolved the matter within 5 minutes by updating my account to the correct username.
The gym itself looks very smart and has alot of equipment. Air con and very spacious smart gym with a huge selection of gym equipment. I was certainly impressed and done a great workout that I wanted. Great value smart gym. 👍💪

I was very fortunate to meet who I believe is the manager of the gym on my first day. Having not been to a gym for years I felt self conscious & quite vulnerable. Kellie put me at ease & made me feel very welcome. I now go to the gym every other day & my hope is to pluck up enough courage, with guidance from Kellie, to join a class!

Love this gym!
I have been going to this gym for about 3 years now. I highly recommend this place, it’s spacious, has a fantastic range of kit and lots of great classes! The manager Kellie is fantastic, she’s so approachable and will go out her way to help you, she’s the best!
This gym is very much my happy place.

I join JD gyms last February and…
I join JD gyms last February and haven’t look back since!
This is a fantastic gym and very much a safe space for myself and others.
The group exercise classes ran by the instructors are absolutely fab! Massive shout out to Jennifer!! I attend every week not only has my physical health improved but so has my mental health.
Kelly the manager is always available to answer question or of often seen with other members of staff ensuring the gym is at its best and everyone is safe! She is very approachable and always willing to help as well as the other members of staff.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great Gym
JD East kilbride group exercise classes are brilliant, the gym area has everything you need and lots of new equipment
All areas are kept clean and tidy by the staff members
Kellie the manager is always available if you need any help, all staff on the Gym floor friendly and approachable if you’re not sure how to work the equipment

Gym is always very clean and lots of equipment available even during busy times. Staff are lovely and approachable and Kellie does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Classes are great too, instructors are friendly and knowledgeable

I’ve been a member of JD Gyms East…
I’ve been a member of JD Gyms East Kilbride for a while now, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic, especially thanks to the efforts of Kellie, the manager. Kellie is always so approachable and dedicated to making sure the gym is running smoothly. She’s not only helped improve the facilities, like pushing for new equipment, but she also takes the time to get to know the members and ensure that everyone’s needs are met. The gym is always clean, tidy, equipment in working order and the 24/7 access is a bonus. Highly recommend!!

Got everything you need and more, great atmosphere and equipment, however, don't seem to find someone to help use the machines, I'm a new comer, so I don't use equipment I'm not sure of but I would like to

An Upated and Edited Review
Having previously submitted a poor review, I am compelled to comment that a complaint I made was dealt with personally, sensitively, and extremely considerately. The issue I had has been resolved to everyone’s agreement and I thank kindly the Area Manager for such professional and skilful management of a very sensitive and upsetting experience. My review was never intended to reflect the gymnasium itself which is extremely high value for money, packed full of great equipment, plenty of space and a great atmosphere. Having exercised in gyms around the world from the age of nine years, I think I can state with authority that JD Gyms East Kilbride is excellent.
Life occasionally presents us with unfathomable issues that, at times, cut far deeper than they should. After I raised the issues, those cuts were healed admirably by the management team with understanding and kindness. Thank you.
