Great atmosphere love how dark it is. Toilet wall was absolutely smeared with shit and snot and gross. A lot of the machines don’t have pins for the weights so you can’t use them unless another mach... Ver mais

Place is huge with a good variety of equipment.
Maintenance is so-so. A sizeable bunch of the machines have some damage, or half-done leather fixes. Toilets are usually in a pretty grim state but that's down to the clientele, as is weights never being put in the right place.

Why is the equipment always broken
Why is the equipment always broken? I go in and on average at least 10 pieces of equipment are broken. It’s a good gym but needs better maintenance, not sure why I’m paying £30 per month and the equipment can’t even be maintained properly…

good but poor disability accommodation
as commercial gyms go it has to be the best, but there are only three disabled parking bays and they’re always taken up by people without blue badges. nothing done to enforce this so if you’re disabled shop around first, there’s on street parking but it’s not as close as disabled parking, i don’t think the gym staff particularly care, i emailed JD and they said to report to staff so immediately delegated. not their issue, good gym otherwise but yeah if you’re disabled you’ll probably want to shop around

Equipment always broken bathroom is abysmal and customer service is horrible, would be worth it if it was a tenner but it’s over 25 quid a month such a rip off worst gyms I ever been to

I enjoy the gym classes however…
I enjoy the gym classes however multiple times over the past 2 weeks they have been cancelled & the app has not been updated. Waiting in the class & no instructor turns up. The spin classes are great but the music needs some variety as it’s the same every class. A lot of the time there are machines that are out of order or waiting for parts.

Free jackets shop
In my first day at you shity gym someone stole my jacket and the staff are not helpful I have been asking them for help and they are not doing anything not even rewatching the CCTV what is the point of having a CCTV if you’re not going to use them.
At the end of you want a new jacket you know where to go .

Overpriced and not well taken care of.
For the price each member pays every month it's really bad that this gym keeps having multiple machines out of order every day!
The gym itself has low or no ventilation, everyone is overheating inside, the smell it's horrible. The cleaning in general of the gym it's bad, there's never paper in the toilets, and the machines are dirty and out of shape. The machines cushions need replacement ASAP, because the amount of money we pay for the state of the gym, it's not good at all.

Broken environment not possible to use also one of the smith machines are totally broken and there is only two of them, how to do training??? There is soo many people coming for training and only one useful smith machine, very bad!!
