Exactly what I ordered

I’m giving 5 stars because I got my skull jacket faster than I thought I would. It was exactly what I order. I also like that a 2x was a real 2x. I’m tall so I need things to fit. This fits perfect. Thanks for making cool stuff. I recommended you guys to my friends.

Everything was wrong

Wrong color sweatshirt sent. Small is a large. Medium is a large. Literally all the shirts were the same physical size which is large but ordered small and medium shirts. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Sorry for your wait but it is verified that your order was placed on Feb. 3rd and was shipped out the very next day. According to the latest update of the package, it will be delivered within few days. Once the parcel is shipped, the normal waiting time is ranged from one week to three weeks. Thus the arrival time is in the normal range. We hope you can understand.

Wrong color totally

After I ordered a coat in October I found out it was a pre-order which I never saw when I purchased. Well Feb. 22nd I got a package, opened it up and it fits XXL, but is totally the wrong color I wanted the wine/burgundy color but what I got is mostly black with some dark purple. They offered me refund of $9.80 which I took. Then I got offered $15 more making the cost half price, so I do have a better outlook on the company. I never got an explanation as to the wrong color. Bad quality control I guess.

I order a coat 2 months ago at which time they charged my credit card and after many emails with their customer service they tell me that the coat is not available and they will send me a gift card to be used within a month!
I don't want a gift card, I want a refund!

There must be some misunderstanding here.

1- Gift card
If the item can't be shipped very soon, a gift card would be offered by customer service. But it only serves as a token of apology and compensation for the time waiting.

2- Refund
Orders are cancellable and refundable. If you want a refund, we suggest you ask for a cancellation of the order before shipment. Because once the order is shipped, it will be too late to cancel the order.

I waited over a month for the delivery…

JellyBuddy may have done their best to send the correct size. They have been in contact with me to correct my situation. The XXL sizing appears to be a Large + in reality.

It still took a month to deliver the product which in my opinion is excessive.

Ordered jacket with them

Ordered jacket with them. Never got it delivered, moreover my money went God lord only knows where. Why we do not block and catch scam stores that this one? Where is American Cyber Security at? We should find this guys and bring them to trial. Give them 30 to life in prison for lying to people and taking people money. It’s fraud. Very seriously punishable.

Flawed product, flawed customer service

The coat received had a sewing defect that kept you from putting your arm through one of the sleeves. Add to that, the product pictured was described as a 'Vermont original barn jacket'. The coat's length was just to the belt line. A barn jecket typically extends 3-4 inches beyond the belt line. After contacting support I was told that return shipping was expensive and lengthly. The address was in New York state. Was told a refund of $64 was coming on the $74 coat. This amount was then cut by $18.75 for only $46.24- this is an unacceptable return amount on a $74 purchase that was flawed from manufacturer. The whole experience was very poorly handled. Will be contacting better business bureau and making sure this review is posted wherever possible.

Not even worth the 1 star

Not even worth the 1 star. Order #JB113959 I ordered this 2 weeks before Christmas and just recently received only 2 of the 5 products I ordered. Customer Service is no help and just tells me to wait patiently for the rest of my order. I guess I should have read the reviews before seeing this ad on Facebook and going and ordering from them. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!

I had the same experience as everyone else on the reviews I ordered a aviation leather jacket that was how it was described in medium that is the size I wear even checked there size chart I finely received after many many weeks a vinyl jacket that was to small I should have known better that to order from a unknown company do not ever order from this company

il me réponde pas assez dur de donné un avis sur des articles qui n arrive pas il y auras un autre suivi j comprend pas que des compagnies qui volent le monde comme ca continu de le faire sans le moindre soucis ca fais 3 ans peu importe les avis ca change absolument rien le service a la clientèle m ont avisé qun remboursement complet a été fait 5 a 10 jour pour quil apparaisse dans mon compte si ces vrai ca été tres rapide pour cancellé ma commande et remboursé une nouvelle mis a jour de cet avis sera donc faites dans 5 a 10 jour ouvrable merci au service client jellybuddy si tel es le cas et aussi a trust pilot mais si personne sur cette terre es assez puissante pour faire condamné des sites qui fraude les gens depuis des années il devrais au moin avoir une alarme rouge pour faire pensé au gens de vérifier si le site es fiable les gens achete de bonne foi et ne pens pas toujours a ces arnaques nous on fais une simple erreure de mot de passe et on peut etre suspendu tandis que eux vole tout l monde avec un accord pas de trouble volé ces gens on fera l autruche et au diable les avis ces que je vois et pens aussi donc finalement ces une bande de rats ne faites faites pas confiance a ces escros ils vont vous voler grace a des plattes formes qui les éberges sans tenir compte d aucun avis

Just don't order... More than likely won't be happy with the amount of time it takes or quality.

My fiance fell in love with the American flag fleece jacket! Finally we get it in the mail a couple months later. And the sleeves are way to short so "when they had to "premake" this" they damn sure didn't make it well. Get it together. Idk how yall have 40k likes on Facebook. People must of did that before they ordered. I got pretty much all my money back but the shipping. So I am pretty happy when it comes to that. Just don't understand a clothing store not being able to make their own items.
Added later: Then they want to say that each item is different in size, that it might not work for some. No, the sleeves were for a kid and me, then the body is atleast XXL or 3x. Don't give excuses. The jacket was poorly made. The way it fit made absolutely no sense. I got my refund for it but like I said for the wait we did and how it came out, I won't order again.
