1. It took 5 weeks to receive glasses
2. There was a small scratch on the left lens
3. They ask fo a tip on order screen. For what?

First of all it took weeks to arrive. After waiting all that time when they arrived the quality is extremely cheap
I can't even clean the lenses without them falling out of the frame. Worst money i ever spent for sunglasses.

Luxury style and great quality for the price. With name brand glasses you are only paying for the name. Jolly Nova has the same quality as the named brand glasses and maybe better quality.

Absolutely dreadful company just spent the last 5 days trying to get my money back that's been pending. They accused me of not paying for the order. I kept sending me photographs of my account with no orders in it saying I never paid for an order. I kept telling them it was pending in their name on my account. Even the bank confirmed to me but still they didn't believe me and kept refusing to check their bank account or to see as it went to the wrong account by accident. I felt like a criminal trying to get my own money backed up rightly it's mine to start with whatever you do. Do not ever use this company at the scammers claiming to be one for people that can do wonderful service and then lie after your money is pending for 11 days straight as I'm autistic and it was making me very paranoid and ill at £144 is a lot of money I only went to jolly Nova based on their recommendation. When I emailed them they kept saying we're doing a fabulous service with exactly what you want. Just place an order with your prescription and we'll get on and make them well. That's what I did and look what I got out of it. Pure hell and nightmare 100%. Do not use his company at all. If you want your money to be pending for 11 days straight, go to this company but I don't recommend anything to do with jolly Nova. They're a disgusting company. You don't email you straight back when you got really worrying issues about your own money. They're complete scammers based on Hong Kong. Not surprised Chinese are taking over the world and now they're scamming people in the glasses industry. Absolutely disgusting. They should be shut down immediately

Jollynova company Facebook adds are not as they claim, the glasses are not bifocal, they don’t accept returns and they only respond to your email after 24 hrs! I paid $30 and I offered to return them or exchange them for exactly what they advertised for, No Answer

If I could give a zero I would, absolutely a scammer u will be scammed of your money rn currently trying to get my money back they still haven’t given it back it’s been 4 months terrible terrible terrible.

I gave one star because there is not a zero option, ordered was paid, never received my order, too bad I did not read reviews before, I would saved my money, I do not recommend.

I paid for 1-3 days shipping received 2 weeks later with the box damaged and wrong color. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have buying eyeglasses on line for years. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You can not call them and they do not respond to emails. I spent $100 on a pair of single vision glasses and I can't see through them at all. Do not be fooled buy their ads. anyone who spends money with this company will get cheated and swindled out of their cash.

So let's start off with the fact that I ordered the glasses mid-January it is now almost the end of February I have sent three emails so far too the company's website I have no information and they are giving me no information on where my sunglasses are some kind of answer would be nice but I told you that I would leave a very nasty review and I will be taking steps to get my money back if my glasses do not show up ASAP

I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses for over $400 which were received and were nice looking glasses. Unfortunately, neither corrected my vision so I do not think they we're not manufactured correctly. I contracted the company for an RMA as the order form indicated and they have ignored repeated emails for over the past 3 weeks

I don't know why all the bad reviews. I just got mine and they are great for the price. I have progressive lenses. They came with anti reflective glare . It's a more narrow field of vision than a 500 dollar pair but for 200 dollars all in is a good value for some cool frames.

I ORDERED And paid for Armani. These are cheap, dollar store, NOT EVEN look alike JUNK!! China must think we’re all idiots! I’m furious over this nonsense. They advertised Armani. I purchased and that sent some BS!! Waste of money JOKE SITE! 😡

Is there a negative star? I’ll start by saying a typically don’t leave negative reviews, if I’m dissatisfied I won’t leave one at all but I’ll make an exception for Jollynova. I ordered glasses from Jollynova, they are not so jolly. These glasses are nothing but junk for $168.00 . They are the cheapest junk not worth even $1.68, extremely cheap and flimsy frames that are much bigger than the measurements suggest to the point that they cannot be worn. The lenses lend the glasses useless, not sure what they did but the lenses leave vision distorted, like wearing magnifying glasses. Jollynova is in Hong Kong, I’m trying to get a refund however I can tell that’s going nowhere. So for your own protection, DO NOT buy their trash, and customer satisfaction? There isn’t any.
Note: After posting this, Jollynova agreed to refund 30% of my money without returning the glasses or a full refund if I were to ship the glasses back at my expense , thought it only fair to mention this

The glasses are nothing like the pictures. They are so cheap and low quality. Do not waste your money. It's only good for the landfill.

Awful experience. The progressive lenses I ordered are not correct and unusable. Their customer service is just as bad as their lenses. They basically told me I’m out of luck. They definitely don’t stand behind their product. It’s sad because they have great frame options. I had high hopes.

Heb deze (lees)bril besteld voor 20 euro, kreeg een andere contact gezocht via de mail,,,, NOOIT!!! en bericht terug gekregen, dan maar gebruiken binnen drie maanden het pootje afgebroken niet meer te repareren,, bij Action maar een (lees) bril gekocht dat kun je beter doen ;) weg gegooid geld

UPDATE: one week after the claimed delivery, my order (robust reading glasses) magically showed up outside my door.
Quality is okay (average).
But in the meantime they had refunded my PayPal.
So now I have to figure out how to pay them again, so I don't feel guilty.
Also upping to two stars.....
Maybe if they could figure out the delivery piece, they might do better.

Seems to be a complete scam operation.
Tracking site said delivery was made and it wasn't. Then customer support gives some bogus USPS information, when the US mail services had nothing to do with the delivery. Now I'm struggling to get my money back from PayPal.

These guys have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service! I never received my sunglasses I asked for a refund they told me to go the Post office. I did they had no record of them, I again asked for a refund they said the return process had passed?? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Horrible customer service. Waited almost a month for my glasses to arrive, when they did… they were way too small. I reached out to them to ask for options, as I was not expecting a refund… they gave me ZERO options. Just a one word “Sorry” apology.
