I have spent over £800 so you don't have to!
Absolutely terrible communication from them, they either fob you off with a lie or just don't bother getting back in touch. The business address is a sketchy accountants who claim never to have heard from them. Three weeks of my life wasted trying to chase up tiles that were never getting sent.
Ive had to put work on hold and this has had a knock on effect to other tradesmen.
Oh how I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before handing these hucksters my hard earned money.
Please learn from my mistake and avoid these people like the plague.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Awful product, even after following instructions and advice, Customers service awful, only replied to emails once in a while. If you are running a business and unable to complete admin tasks, then hire someone as communication is paramount!. All in all a waste of hard earned money! Very very disappointed!

Following the social media posts demonstrating how to wrap garden tables, I wrapped my garden table. BIG MISTAKE. The sun burnt the vynal wrap and it is now black. JesRose has ignored my multiple emails asking them how to fix this. Disgusting customer service, unresponsive. Sent several emails but no response, no help with fixing the issue. Do not use this product, it will damage your property!! Poor Quality

Terrible company. I placed an order for 2 items and they only sent me one. I contacted immediately and was told they would sort it out ASAP. That was 2 months ago and I’ve contacted multiple times since to ask when my item will be sent. Sometimes I receive an incredibly basic response like “we’ll check straightaway and let you know” or they just ignore me.

I didn't have enough tiles so tried to order some more to finish the job. The first sent were brown, although described as black, with the same image as the first. It turned out I had ordered Rustic Black instead of black but they were still clearly brown. They agreed to send replacements but they took ages to arrive. When they did they were grey, like the print machine was low on ink. Still not resolved. No customer service number, I ended up speaking to an accountant that seems to be at the registered business address. The only way to get a response seems to be the chat but that is sporadic at best. I have never had an email reaponse despite trying many times. Our family bathroom has now lain unfinished for over a month, I'm considering tearing them all up and buying something from a more reliable company. But going to take a big hit on labour costs. Would appreciate if someone from Jes Rose would reach out to me to resolve this ASAP please.

Previously used Jes Rose in the past and they’ve been great but bought some vinyl that was completely the wrong colour - supposed to be rustic beige and was blue/grey. Emailed straight away and received one email asking if it was the same colour as my sample (didn’t order one but completely irrelevant if the colour just doesn’t match the description in any way). Since replied twice and have received no communication. Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Won’t be bothering again after spending £40 on rubbish.

Purchased a sample, and was expecting a thickish vinyl material suitable for flooring based on the example images. Turns out it’s simply a plastic sticker (paper thin) that’s very low tac. For perfectly smooth walls this may be fine as long as you use a strong adhesive. But in no way is this suitable for flooring.

The print quality is ok, but not super sharp. I had high hopes, but I’m quite disappointed. Very glad I ordered a sample before committing to order the full amount required.

I am a long standing customer of Jes Rose, and I am so sad to leave this review as historically, the products have been top notch. However, when I received my last order of vinyl, the quality of the product I received was abysmal. The vinyl itself was cheap, thin, and poorly printed. On applying it, the vinyl actually warped and stretched when pulling from the backing making it impossible to apply. When contacting customer services, I had to wait ages for a reply, and then was completely gaslit by them saying it was my fault. Shockingly poor service, clearly the owner has now made her millions and doesn't give a hoot about the products any more. I actually have an old offcut of the last jes rose product I ordered a couple of years ago, and they are like night and day despite apparently being the same product. Very disappointing and will not be ordering from here again!

Purchased self adhesive floor tiles last year and they are all peeling around the edges. The glue has stuck to the floor alright it’s coming off the tiles. I’m a professional and have laid hundreds of tiles, these simply don’t stay stuck down!

Tiles slid about all over the place, were a nightmare to remove and have wrecked my floor. Sticky residue everywhere. I did ask for help and advice and got a ChatGPT response.

Honestly, save your money and avoid

I followed this business on ig and was very excited to buy from them once I'd bought my own place. I wish I hadn't invested so much money as after two months of finally having put down the tiles, I have pulled them up and binned them.

To start with the postage is ridiculously expensive and especially if you also buy the vinyl as that comes from elsewhere. My review is on the tiles only as I haven't used the vinyl yet.

If you plan to buy from them then get a sample and test for at least a month, not a couple of days. To save you some time, don't bother with a textured floor (this part is my fault for not fully realising that). From a set of 18 at least two tiles came away from the glue part.

They cannot be used as wall tiles, they eventually fall down.

I did a few different orders and in two of the cases there were missing tiles from amount ordered. They did refund me immediately when I emailed.

I personally wouldn't buy from again but if you have a small cupboard and you want to line the floors, they'll be great.

Would avoid this shop, terrible customer services and refuse the refund once purchased. bad quality item doesnt last long.

Bought the tiles for my kitchen and they are fantastic! Really easy to fit and have stayed stuck on despite the heat from my oven. I sealed around the edge for longevity and already want to do behind my sink, because it looks so lovely. You wouldn’t know they weren’t real tiles, I’m really impressed.

Absolutely loved the vinyl floor tiles I bought for my bathroom floor glow up! So easy to fit and look so effective! Peel and stick and cut to size makes fitting the. them really hassle free. Definitely recommend

I ordered a sample of the new kitchen backsplash product and really like the quality and material, although it would’ve been nice to see the colours and tile size of the one I actually want to order- even on a piece of vinyl/paper. I want a backsplash in a tiled pattern but in a custom size that won’t result in any of the ‘tiles’ in the pattern being cut in half. I’ve asked customer service twice about what dimension I would need to order and both times they have not properly read the question. They start talking about vinyl and peel and stick tiles after I have clearly mentioned kitchen backsplash at least three times. So infuriating that they can’t answer a very basic question about this product. Difficult to place an order because there is no trust, I have not received any answer by email and do not really feel as though they are interested in making a sale. Bit disappointed in the lack of effort from customer service really.

I discovered Jesrosevinyl quite by accident on Instagram. I'm so glad I did. We were in the middle of completely revamping our bathroom. Tile effect wet wall panels were about to be put on. I found the Cranes panels. Made an enquiry. Ordered the panels I required and had them delivered to Central Scotland in a week!
Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom!

Poor quality, ripped in places, very slippy when wet ( bordering dangerous) ordered 2nd batch which i know can alter slightly, but for the squares to be a different size was shocking as the floor is mismatch. At nearly 200 pounds, it would have veen cheaper and safer to order vinyl from reputable company.

I am giving this company 2 stars as I only ordered a sample and the fact it took 2 weeks to arrive makes me not want to purchase from this company!!

I ordered tiles that were described as pink but when they arrived they were beige. All they wanted to know was if I’d ordered a sample, but I only needed three tiles and samples are expensive! Plus I wasn’t bothered about the shade of pink, only that it was pink not beige! Customer service was not great. Came across as short with me stating they INSIST on customers buying samples first which feels unethical. Eventually said I could send back at my own expense. Not great tikes, not great service sadly.

We ordered a sample of adhesive vinyl wall tiles, which looked pink & burgundy in photos and arrived and were more brown & beige. Unfortunately they don’t look very realistic as tiles (they have a 3D effect but are flat) and have a strange texture to the vinyl so we didn’t order
