I have contact Jevawell through their…

I have contact Jevawell through their contact form on line on 7/7, 7/8, 7/9, 7/10 and had not response. I also emailed them at the email listed on their website for help with no response. I have asked for the product to be canceled and NO additional product to be sent. The company appears to be a scam. I would rate them a "0" if available!

They need to sort out their website and shipping

Honestly I liked the product but they dont send an email before shipping the next subscription and I ordered 3 months of product and the next sunbscription shipped an MONTH later, so now I am good for half a year!! Also, there is no link on the website for login. You have to message them to have the portal sent. I ended up cancelling my subscription because of this

Company has no record of me in their…

Company has no record of me in their system yet continue to send product. They give you some far away address in Australia to use for return. I doubt that’s accurate since they shipped from Illinois

I also would give this company a Zero…

I also would give this company a Zero rating if I could. I placed my order on 4/23/26 and still haven’t received! It’s been stuck since 6/1, per tracking. I’ve asked several times for a refund and keep being told it should arrive within 2-5 days. I was able to successfully cancel my subscription before it shipped again! I’ve come to the realization I may be out my $59.95! Do NOT order from them!

If I could give it zero stars I would. They say they are a US company but their product ships from China and if you want to return you have to pay for shipping back. And their return shipping goes to Australia. So you will pay about the same to ship back as what you paid. So if that’s who want to do business buy their products.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I tried to cancel the order less than 10 minutes after I ordered it and they ignored it. It took 2 months to receive the order and I was charged again for a subscription that I did not sign up for. Waited weeks to get information on how to return and refused to give me a return label. Emailed with "Gladys" and continue to get the runaround! Someone needs to look into this!! I'm now preparing to send back the 2 orders and I'm afraid they will come up with some reason not to refund my money. Wheres the Attorney General. I have to return to Australia!! Omggg postage isn't worth it. Someone needs to intervene with this company

I DID NOT order from them and they sent a confirmation about an order I am receiving and keep telling me I have a subscription which I keep saying to cancel! I do not EVER use gummies and I HATE the smell of kombucha so I would not EVER order this. This is a scam.

Impossible Returns

In order to cancel an auto-ship, you're forced to contact their customer service. You'll be met with multiple attempts to keep you on auto-ship, with discounts. This process will require about 4 emails. If you try to return a product, you'll face the same process. Once the customer retention hurdles are overcome, you'll discover that, while the products are shipped from CA, you are forced to return them to Australia, where the return shipping will cost you as much as the product value.

Same Return and Subscription Experiences

I just had the same experience with returning an order Also found myself with a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for when I saw a charge on my credit card from Jevawell. That June 16, 2026 order confirmation went to my Spam folder, so I was not aware it had even been placed. I initially responded in April or May to their advertisement that the gummies helped with swollen legs and feet and placed an order. I too tried to return that first order and had the same response as the other person here, they make it very hard to return their product. However, they did offer a 30% discount on that order that I did take. I decided to keep the subscription for now rather than return this pending order, but will cancel my subscription if I do not get the results they say I will.

Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

I placed what I believed was a normal one-off order and was very surprised to later discover I'd apparently been signed up to a subscription.

When I received the invoice for the next shipment, I immediately emailed and asked for the subscription to be cancelled and the order refunded before it was sent.

Instead of cancelling it, they replied asking why I wanted to cancel. Then, despite already having my cancellation request, they shipped the order anyway.

I've spent days going back and forth trying to explain that I cancelled before dispatch. Their position is that because the order had entered processing and was sent, they won't issue a full refund.

In the end they offered me a 15% goodwill refund, but that's not really the point. The issue is that I never intended to sign up to a subscription in the first place, and once I became aware of it, I immediately requested cancellation before the order was dispatched.

The whole thing could have been avoided if my cancellation request had simply been actioned when it was received.

Very disappointing customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

They say money bavk guarantee no hassle returns. Then you must pay 3 times cost of product to return overseas.

Their product is obviously sketchy. Why else would they be paranoid of returns and use blatant deception and manipulation. They should instead utilize their resourcefulness to produce a legitimate product. Exceptionally fraudulent as they know their product is inferior.

4. We are not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

5. All returned items will be carefully inspected. If a product shows signs of use, it may affect your eligibility for a refund.
