Low quality jewelry without perfection.cant contact them and no returns also.waste of money

I had a very bad experience in shopping with this site... Honestly the owner whatsoever her name is she is very very rude with only motive of fooling customers. I had purchased.a two line beads mala which was delivered on 14th April. The beads size was not at all mentioned in the product description and hence we felt the size was big for whom it was bought for so I raised exchange request from the website despite the request I messaged them on WhatsApp but no response from either side. A few days later when I called her she is unnecessarily blaming me that I should have seen the description and bought and she was just trying to get off the customer without solving the issue She clearly said she doesn't care what ever it is it can't be returned but exchange if you want ....after a heated argument I decided to exchange when I called her messaged her with the product I selected for exchange to send a real image or video ( because she was telling me on call that I should have asked her before placing order for real images or videos ) she is literally ignoring she did not even reply since then No norms No basic business etiquettes Just for the sake of money and making us fool she is there.
I strongly recommend do not buy from this Jewelatoz online shopping.

Just dont buy from them. No returns and pathetic experience.

I made a spontaneous purchase late one night and ordered four items. Unfortunately, my experience with the website was extremely disappointing.

The first item was ok (not very good for the price), so I kept it. The second item was not of acceptable quality, so I wanted to return it. 3rd The ruby studs were also disappointing—two of the rubies were noticeably different in colour, and there was visible dirt between them.

The pearl earrings had a significant finishing difference between the two earrings as well.

I immediately initiated returns, but there was no response. I emailed them and received no response. I tried calling customer care multiple times and also contacted them on WhatsApp, but getting in touch with their team was extremely difficult.

What made the experience worse was the customer-care representative’s unwillingness to accept the return, despite the defects being clearly visible.

Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience with the website. My strong recommendation would be not to purchase from them online. If you visit their physical store and inspect the jewellery yourself, it may be different, but I would definitely not recommend taking the risk with an online purchase.
DONT EXPECT RETURN FROM THEM.
