I ordered my wedding dresses in April…
I ordered my wedding dresses in April for my May 9 wedding. I paid $1,047.30, but my wedding has already passed and I still have not received my order. I had to buy other dresses for my wedding. You denied my cancellation request, stopped responding to my emails, and I am still being charged for products I never received. I demand that you respond to my emails and either issue a full refund immediately or ship the dresses I paid for. This situation is completely unacceptable.

Everything arrived on time, well packaged, and looked just like the photos. The fit was true to size, comfortable for hours, and the details felt high quality—people couldn’t believe the price. Their customer service was also really good – they actually replied to all my emails before and after I bought it, which is rare these days. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. After they told me they needed 3 additional weeks to make my dress, when I complained they cancelled it without my approval. Then they said I could reorder it with a discount code only to find out later that it would become non refundable if I did that. The dress looks nothing like it does on the website and is poorly made.

Your made-to-order order was cancelled following your request via SMS, in line with our cancellation policy at checkout, and store credit was issued accordingly.
Following this, you later requested to proceed with the same design. As cancelled orders cannot be reinstated once processed, a one-time goodwill discount was provided to allow you to place a replacement order at no additional cost.
The replacement order was completed and shipped after passing standard quality control checks. As stated at checkout, made-to-order items are final sale due to their custom production process.
After delivery, a return request was submitted. At that stage, no specific defect details or supporting images were provided through our support channels.
We remain committed to transparent communication, consistent quality, and honoring the policies agreed at the time of purchase.

This website is a scam. Don’t fall for it. They say their dresses are “Made to order“ and it takes 30 days at least to get the dress. If you try to cancel an order, they will charge you 50% of the price. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.
