The process was painless however the delivery by UPS was a mess. They claimed to have attempted delivery but I’m certain they did not. The next day I have to drive to CVS to go pick it up. I didn’t like that at all.

There was an issue with my order and requested a refund. I honestly thought at the time this company was scam. But THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! I was refunded my money, and then on top of that they sent me the actual chain that I ordered free of charge! I couldn't believe it. This is a very reputable outstanding jewelry store, and I will shop with them in the future! Honestly it was the best customer service I've ever received in my life. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
