20% restocking fee
I received the wrong item and the return process was not easy. I had to print out the label, not very many people have a printer in there home. I read that there was a 20% restocking even for receiving the wrong item, don’t believe that’s fair. And kicker is you don’t get your money back they give you a credit to be spent in house.

Please take another look at the Returns Form that was attached with the Return Shipping Label in the same email that you received on January 7, 2021. It will clearly show that since you received an incorrect item, we already waived the restocking fee and that your refund will be going back to your original payment method once we receive this item back.
It is completely understandable if you missed that part on that form before writing this review, mistakes can happen. One of our shipping staff also made a mistake when they shipped the incorrect item. That is why we have already waived the restocking fee, we have already paid for the return shipping label, and are waiting for you to send the item back to us so that we can process the refund back to your Klarna account.

Very straightforward about what you are getting. They shipped my item to me very quickly. They were great at handling my return. My only issue is that i was unable to get my money back for the return, just store credit. To be fair they were very straightforward about that in their faqs on the website if you go searching for it. I suppose I should have before I ordered, not after.

We shipped your order on November 6, 2020 and it looks like it was delivered on November 10, 2020 and since we only sell real jewelry, we require all USPS and UPS delivery drivers to obtain a signature from the customers before physically handing over the package, they don’t just leave the package in your mailbox or outside your door, you or someone in your household has to signed for it and based on the USPS Proof of Delivery, someone with the same last name as yours signed for this package. But, you reached out to us a couple of days ago and you informed us that you never received the package ( and we believe you ) since it is possible that the USPS delivery driver made a mistake. And thankfully, your shipment was insured via Route Shipping Protection and we gave you clear instructions on how you can file a claim and get your refund.
We were also informed by Route Shipping Protection that you just filed your claim (today) and that it is currently ‘In Review’. Please note that giving us a bad review here will not speed up this process, you will be getting the refund via your shipping insurance claim as soon as Route Shipping Protection approves it which usually just takes 1-3 business days.

I see that your order is from 6 months ago, did your size change? We shipped your ring on May 6, 2020 in exactly the size that you selected at the time you placed the order. We can only resize a ring for free once before we ship it. We can resize your ring again but the cost will also include shipping charges ( http://jewels.me/resize ). Or, since your ring is made in real white gold, you can also get it resized at any of your local jewelers to avoid any shipping fees.
