We appreciate you shipping the item back in a timely manner using the free shipping label we sent you, but UPS has not delivered the package back to us yet, once it is delivered to our office (most likely today) it will be inspected and you can expect the refund to be processed within 2-5 business days as instructed in your return approval form which was sent to you along with the return shipping label.
