Fantastic service as usual from the JHP team , Jamie on the ground and Alexandra in the office. E-mails are always answered pretty much immediately and Jamie is out to sort out the problem. This last time it was a baffling one but Jamie stayed until he got to the bottom of it and got it fixed. Incredibly personable and charming and always a joy to have in the house , nothing is ever too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough

Aaron came along within in the pre-agreed time window, he sent me a text 20 minutes before arrival, he donned shoe covers before entering the house and he carried out the boiler service quietly and efficiently, leaving everything tidy on departure.

From the moment I contacted JHP Services I received an excellent service. The booking was made by phone and I received an immediate confirmation email.
In the days before and on the day itself I was kept fully updated on when the engineer would arrive and he turned up right on time.
He took considerable time and care to fix the leaking pipe and we’ve had absolutely no problems since.

Excellent care of our boiler installed by this company & serviced yearly. Jamie our engineer is so good & helpful. The staff in the office are excellent when we call them. The price is acceptable for work very well done.

JHP do a very professional, thorough job, checking all possible causes. They are very personable and very competitive on price (especially for the service). They have done emergency work, new boiler installation and maintenance checks in my flat. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic service from a super friendly team. Responded quickly to initial enquiry about faulty home boiler control timer. Visited to give quote (very competitive). Installed new system quickly and helped to get it online and even set up my phone for me so it connected to new wall timer panel. Jamie who visited was very friendly, helpful and very professional. Arrived promptly for all visits. Will defo use them again and would highly recommend.

The service was carried out properly and everything was explained clearly including my options re a service plan.

First time meeting Jamie was at my mother's house. She was planning on replacing her water pump (which would only fail every year)and was not a very good working system. Jamie instantly saw a far greater solution, showing real expertise and and craftsmanship in his work !! My mother now has a fantastic water system !! ( she hadn't had proper hot water for years)...cannot thank these guys enough for looking after her so well ... Complete game changer ...

Very happy with the work JHP services provided. The whole process from booking the appointment to job completion was straightforward. I was given a 2 hour window for the arrival of Jamie the engineer and 10 minutes prior to arrival was sent a text saying he was ion his way. Jamie was polite and professional in servicing my ATAG boiler. The completed certificates were send promptly. Would highly recommend this company.

When I contacted JHP they were very quick to provide the requested quote and gave me an appointment at very short notice to accommodate me. The level of workmanship was very good and everyone I dealt with were very pleasant and courteous. I would certainly recommend using JHP.

Jamie is friendly, courteous and an absolute professional. I’ve used his services for over 10 years. He fitted a new boiler system for us (still going strong with never any issues) when we first bought our flat, and has since carried out servicing and general plumbing jobs to an exceptionally high standard. I would never go elsewhere.
