Ordered my items in mid November 2020...Over two months later, I still HAVE not received it.
Customer service takes forever to reply, usually requiring a number of chase up emails before any responses are made.

They got my address wrong, and then insisted my parcel was delivered when it hasn’t been. Reality was, Hermes returned my parcel to their warehouse.

Then two weeks ago told me they’ve reshipped the package and Hermes is waiting to deliver. In actuality, it has not been shipped.

Never ever am I buying anything from Jimmy Lion again and will tell everyone to stay away!!!

Should have read the reviews first. This company IS SHOCKING!!! If I don’t hear from you within 24 hours I will take further actions!

I so wish I had looked at the reviews first! I usually do for new websites but it’s a well known company so I just didn’t think.
My experience is very similar to other people’s. I order my socks on the 17/12 and they are dispatched on the same day. A MONTH later they are not here. Asked for a refund now, if no response I will take further action against YOU!

Excellent site pour commander des chaussettes qualité de dingue livraison assurée en temps et en heure qui importe le lieu en France. Je commande mes chaussettes qu’ici et j’ai converti presque tous mes proches à consommer ses chaussettes. Je dois passer environ une commande tous les trois à six mois. J’adore je valide et je recommande.

I received the socks later than expected.I am not sure what went wrong with the delay (maybe the covid, christmas period?..) but since i received them and socks are perfect, you can trust them.I will buy again for sure! ♡

Ich würde Jedem raten nicht bei JimmyLion zu bestellen, so erspart man sich jede Menge Ärger und Frust. Ich hatte Anfang Dezember ein Paket mit 4 Paar Socken für 40€ bestellt, die ich an Weihnachten verschenken wollte. 3 Wochen vor Weihnachten ist ja mehr als genug Zeit hatte ich gedacht, doch an Weihnachten stand ich blöd dar, kein Paket war angekommen und auch bis heute (09.Januar)ist nichts bei mir angekommen... natürlich habe ich mich mit dem Kundendienst auseinandergesetzt, aber die haben mir nur verschiedene Links geschickt und meinten, dass das Paket ja angekommen wäre (obwohl der Link den sie mir geschickt haben gar nicht zu meiner Postleitzahl passt, so dumm!), ich versuch jetzt über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, allerdings ist meine Bestellung ja jetzt auch schon über einen Monat her
Also Finger weg und bestellt lieber bei anderen Anbietern schöne Socken

Ordered on the 16th December with an expected arrival date of before Christmas. Still no sign of the socks. Contacted customer services and given a tracking number which takes me through to Hermes - ‘we’re expecting it’.
Chased a refund as the socks are obviously not coming, no reply to 3 emails. Avoid this company! You won’t get your socks!

Die Lieferung war für 1-3 Tage angedacht. Ich warte mittlerweile schon seit fast 2 Wochen. Der Kundendienst ist auch nicht bemüht und gibt standard-antworten innerhalb von 48 Stunden. "Netterweise" wurde mir ein 15% Gutschein angeboten, was mir auch nicht weiterhilft, da meine Weihnachtsgeschenke heute (28.12.) immer noch nicht da sind. Ich habe 3 Links zur Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Alle sagen etwas anderes. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend!

Surprenant de voir des avis aussi mauvais ?! Ma compagne et moi-même sommes clients réguliers depuis environ deux ans et nous n'avons jamais eu le moindre problème. Les délais de livraisons sont tout à fait convenables (comptez une dizaine de jours). Les chaussettes sont ultra confortables, de qualité, ne glissent pas et sont très originales et bien finies. Personnellement je n'achète plus mes chaussettes que chez eux, je n'ai jamais été déçu. J'imagine que les déçus ont passé commande via Amazon et s'attendait à les recevoir le lendemain ? Commencez par commander directement via le site (ce sera plus éthique en plus !)

Normally I’m so extremely careful about companies I don’t really know, but I was attracted by the different colourful socks...So sorry, I didn’t read the comments on this page when I ordered.
Made a payment on the 9th of Dec., it was said to arrive on the 14th of Dec., but nothing came...and at this moment I still don’t have my socks. In the meantime I sent several emails and DM on Instagram, no answer what so ever....
I feel so foolish if indeed this company turns out to being a fraud 😡
This is no commerce, this is not how you treat customers. GIVE INFORMATION - ANSWER THE F****** EMAILS!!!

Les commandes ne sont jamais livrées et plus personne ne répond. C est une énorme arnaque. Faites vous un cadeau, ne commandez pas chez eux.

I ordered on the Jimmy Lion website on November 27th and despite the guaranteed delivery date being December 3rd, I have not received anything yet and it is not known where my package is.
Customer support is non-existent. I wrote two emails and tried to contact the company via chat on their site but did not receive any response.
I can't even cancel my order to get my money back.

This company is beyond terrible and I am beginning to suspect that the company is a scam. They have taken my money, they have not delivered my order and the delivery company has no record of the order. They have not responded to any of my communications - emails and contact via the help line.

Commande effectuée avec date de livraison le 17 décembre... La commande est toujours en cours de préparation chez l'expéditeur. Aucune nouvelle du service client...premiere et dernière fois !

De sender ikke varerne og ingen respons på deres “kundeservice” absolut ingen stjerner herfra.

Déjà 20 jours que la commande a été passée. J'ai déjà ecrit au serice client, qui me répond tout en anglais pour me dire d'être patiente car je suis dans un autre pays. Mais toujours rien !
J'ai même reçu un mail pour donner mon avis. Une vaste blague !

Til julgave bestilte jeg sokker for 7 dage siden med lovning på levering inden for 3 dage - og de er ikke engang afsendt endnu. De svarer ikke på mails og flere andre kunder som heller ikke får deres varer prøver at få kontakt med dem via fx Instagram, men alt bliver ignoreret.

Ingen en god oplevelse indtil videre.

Commande effectuée fin novembre pour Noel, nous approchons la mi décembre et toujours rien... les echanges avec le service client restent sans effet... J'ai même reçu un questionnaire pour donner mon avis sur les produits... la blague

Los calcetines siempre llegan a tiempo. Las tallas son bastante exactas y los diseños son estupendos! Siempre pido calcetines para regalos de papá Noel
