Je commande des chaussettes dans des boites collectors magnifiques et elles arrivent défoncées. on me répond que c'est à cause du transporteur. Mais pourquoi envoyer les articles dans des sacs ??? Je suis plus que déçu !

Come tante persone qui su trustpilot, anche io ho acquistato su questo sito senza pensarci troppo e solo successivamente mi sono imbattuta nelle numerose recensioni negative su questo brand. Mi sono quasi disperata all idea che non mi sarebbe arrivato nessun pacco o che mi sarebbe arrivato un pacco vuoto, considerato che si trattava di un regalo. E invece contro ogni pronostico, devo dire che il pacco mi è arrivato dopo 4 giorni dall'ordine e con dentro tutti i prodotti che avevo ordinato. Non escludo che se tornassi ad ordinare potrei comunque avere problemi con questa azienda, però per questa volta, come prima esperienza, devo essere onesta e dare 5 stelle.

Presqu'à chaque fois je reçois les colis deux à trois jours après la commande, l'envoi est incroyablement rapide. Deux fois cela a pris une semaine, ce qui (à mon avis) reste rapide.
La qualité est géniale, les détails sont précis, les "basiques" sont super comfortables, et tiennent bien. Les athlétiques sont serrent parfaitement, les épaisses sont bien chaudes, il y en a pour toutes les occasions.

Ca fait des années, et avec un doux lavage à 30°C elles sont toujours en parfait état.

Je n'ai dû contacté leur service client que deux fois, et à chaque fois la réponse est attentionnée, compréhensive, ils font tout leur possible et ce presque instantanément.

The socks are awesome and good quality. The customer service answers fast. The bad thing is they use DHL. They asked a third of the price for fees. I will not re order because it makes it too expansive. Too bad

My order is stuck at the border. I was called and asked to provide customs information on the order that can only be provided by Jimmy Lion. My FedEx tracking was provided in a foreign language. I have now made repeated requests to Jimmy Lion to find out where my order is. No response. I had no idea these socks originate in Spain or wherever. Super sketchy. I want to request a refund but I'm getting nowhere.

I first discovered these in their shop when I was in Madrid and purchased a few pairs. They were so soft and I love the designs.
A few years later and I wear them very often, so wear and tear means they're no longer at their best.
I ordered some online to be delivered to the UK.
Bearing in mind they're coming from the EU and we have more customs controls these days, they were delivered in a week.
I still love them and will seek them out whenever I visit Spain.

Bonjour une commande passée ke 2 juillet toujours pas reçue. Malgré un mail m'avisant de la livraison et un mail demandant mon avis suite à la livraison.
Échanges de mail. Le transporteur dit avoir livré. Moi je n ai rien eu malgré la présence de mon mari à la maison.
Ça traîne. Vais je recevoir ma commande un jour ? Être remboursée ? Je veux mes chaussettes !!!

Awful Delivery and Customer service.
I ordered 10 days ago and still yet to arrive, to then receive a notification I need to now pay a customs charge of 1/3 of the order!!! I appreciate I should may have checked but this to me was a UK based company so it was a surprise! My whole experience has been appalling!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!

Ho ordinato e pagato dei calzini che dopo 12 giorni non mi sono ancora arrivati. Ho contattato il il loro centro di assistenza 2 volte : la prima sollecitando l'invio, la seconda chiedendo il rimborso. Mi hanno risposto che avrebbero verificato con il corriere e poi il silenzio e il mancato rimborso. Sono scorretti!! Non acquistate sul loro sito!!

fatal servicio de atencion al cliente, y peor la compra on line, era un regalo de cumpleaños muy importante y envían el paquete sin la tarjeta de felicitación y con el precio puesto , un embalaje de carton cutre.
el chat on line con una Macarena se desentiende , deseando buen día, no dan soluciones y ni disimula que no la importa , no lo recomiendo , hay otras marcas mas chulas y a poco con mejor atencion , tardan en contestar teniendo que estar pendiente y volver a tener que escribir al chat.poca porfesionalidad.

Les chaussettes Jimmy Lion ont un design très beau, mais la qualité est vraiment très très basse. J'ai acheté mes 3 paires de chaussettes il y a 5 mois et 2 sont déjà trouées à des endroits inhabituels (talon et haut de la chaussette vers la partie élastique). Les conditions de nettoyage sont tout à fait classiques et non agressives.
(A signaler : chaussant du 40, la plus petite taille est un tout petit peu grande...)
Bref, la qualité est Vraiment à revoir au vu du tarif !

(01/05/24) Anteriormente había comprado y muy satisfecho tanto de la calidad como el diseño. Esta última compra (3 pares) en dos lavados uno de ellos ya se ha roto por la costura. A pesar de sus diseños chulos, la calidad no compensa.

Je suis ravie de ma commande Jimmy Lion de 11 paires de chaussettes.
La qualité est top et le style original, je les porte depuis 3 mois.
Aucun soucis de décoloration ou de détérioration du produit.
Je n'avais eu aucun soucis de livraison.
Je recommande ce site !

Socks are great and lovely designs and arrived in no time at all, I was a little worried about the negative reviews but being Shipped from Spain and arriving the next day with regular updates was fantastic and couldn't fault the service

I bought 3 pair of socks from Spain. The shipping was fast as they said in the email:2 working days. The products are amazing! The size is just perfect for me and the quality is as I was expecting. I was worried for the bad reviews but my experience was just great!

Commande passée avec livraison à domicile (plus cher donc). Colis confié à GLS: pas de livraison à domicile, livreur qui déclare que je suis absente alors que j'étais là, colis déposé dans un relais incacessible pour moi. 0 réponse du service client Jimmy Lions. Plus jamais !!!

Absolute nightmare company to deal with, I actually think the return policy is a total scam. I ordered a substantial order prior to Christmas 2023. Despite numerous emails on my part, no communication until after Christmas when I was told the shipment was lost. Offered a replacement/refund, I accepted the refund, but no money in the account!

Days later, I was told my order had been located and despite my request to cancel (as again, Christmas had most definitely passed) I was just ignored.

Items eventually arrived second week in Jan 2024, therefore I contacted Jimmy Lion once again for return instructions.

They recommend you ship using tracking services which cost me nearly £20. Email specified that if I supplied my tracking number it would quicken my refund- total lie, as the next person I spoke to at Jimmy Lion knew nothing about that.

Anyway, fast forward to February 2024 (!) my package has just arrived again on my door step! Apparently the warehouse FAILED TO CLAIM my package and it has made it full circle back to me!

Obviously I contacted Jimmy Lion again, and final insult is they accept absolutely no responsibility for the chaos, no exploration of why they did not accept my order at the warehouse, nothing!

I’m a sooooooo frustrated and just wish there was more I could do to get the message out to others that they do not deserve the business they get, based on their incredibly poor customer service and attitude.

Pretty good trick on their part though- if they just refuse to accept returns at their warehouse- I wish this could be looked into further.

I very nearly didn’t order because the reviews here are so poor…but I’m really glad I did! The socks arrived within 48 hours and are brilliant! Exactly what I was after :))
