Was approved right away. Sent in all documents. They are quick to approve but slow process. However, after speaking with the Director of Sales, the process was much better accepted.

I had an outstanding experience working with Matthew Smith at JJ Best. He made the entire loan process incredibly simple, fast, and stress-free. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions.
My loan was approved much faster than I expected, and Matthew worked hard to make everything possible. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly.

Mike gave best customer service I have ever experienced
Mike answered all my questions in great detail and explained everything to me. Any time i had a question for him he would answer his phone or text me back immediately. That is a rare quality for customer service in current society. Not a better guy out there than Mike!!! I feel I have made a friend for life...JJ Best the only way to go.

Michael Ponte made it easy
Michael Ponte did a great just with my auto loan. He continuously ensured I was in the loop throughout the whole progress and went the extra mile to knock out my loan very quickly. I would definitely recommend using J.J. Best and will contact them next time I need an auto loan.

After I found the car of my dreams, JJ Best made it all come together. Ryan from JJ Best was great to work with, he made the process easy. He explained everything and made sure the process was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a loan on an antique vehicle.

I'm not one to leave reviews but recently I purchased a classic truck using JJ best banks for funding the dealership was not very Cooperative or commutative and the process drug out for over two weeks however throughout that 2 weeks the customer service at JJ best banks could not have been better a special shout out to Michael by far the best lending agent I have ever worked with in my years of buying vehicles could not have been more friendly or more helpful and Hailey processed the loan in the blink of an eye as soon as we were able to obtain everything needed from a very uncooperative car dealer (RPM garage) thank you the whole team there at JJ best bank absolutely love my classic truck what a pleasure to work with you all
