Was approved right away. Sent in all documents. They are quick to approve but slow process. However, after speaking with the Director of Sales, the process was much better accepted.

Good experience
Good experience. Ryan was a great guy. Made the process easier than needed to be. Gona get an 85 jeep grand wagoneer next and these are the guys I will use. Good people here

I searched online to get a loan for an old Mustang, I found J.J. Best , I filled out the application, and the rest was all downhill fast and easy !! Matthew Smith Called me and let me know I was approved he then contacted the dealership and the car was mine.

I’ve never heard of JJ Best but I am so glad I found them!!! I only wish I would’ve known about them years ago. They ( Ryan Valado ) has been extremely helpful,
Patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I will definitely buy another classic car with them. Highly recommend them.

I had an extremely frustrating…
I had an extremely frustrating experience with JJ Best Banc and would not recommend them.
The entire process was a complete waste of my time. Communication was slow, unclear, and very disorganized from the start. I was repeatedly asked for information that had already been provided, and it felt like there was no real coordination behind the scenes.
The loan officer I dealt with, Matthew Smith, came across as completely unprepared and inexperienced. It honestly felt like I was dealing with someone on their first day rather than a professional lender handling a serious financing request. That made an already frustrating process even worse.
If you are looking for financing, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself the stress and wasted time. This was one of the most frustrating lending experiences I’ve had. 🚫

Loans for used boats can sometimes process more slowly than we would like and we regret that. We take your comments seriously and investigated our handling of the application. When you are considering several vessels and when the potential loan requires our use of a banking partner for underwriting, there can be errors and/or constraints on our response times. We did find however that our loan officer worked with you during off-hours on multiple occasions to bridge any delays. Thank you sincerely for your feedback.

Ryan and underwriting process was…
Ryan and underwriting process was really good. Securing Insurance was excellent.
After approval was a real let down. Your funding process soured the experience. It was clunky and created delays in solidifying the transaction. Being in financial service, I know that this process can be better and still ensure lien recording in your favor.
There have to be better options versus mailing a check to fund.
Although I have 30 days to register and record the lien, I received immediate pressure to have this done despite your funding delays. Wasn’t a good experience even compared to the previous two times I’ve financed vehicles with you. Would recommend Ryan and the insurance contact, however.

Our funding process can experience delays in certain instances, and this was the case with your recent purchase. For example, to ensure your protection, some additional measures are taken when the seller is a private party.

Best financing experience
Ryan called me within thirty minutes of me putting an inquiry on there website. It was after hours on a weekday and he walked me through the process and got it started. After the first deal I was working on fell through Ryan was right there with a great attitude and once I found another car I wanted he made all the changes and never missed a beat! Awesome team and Ryan gets 10 stars!
