Thank you so much for not only providing a quick and absolutely professional response. You not only replied but sent out the additional leather strap for the gift to our good friend who was absolutely blown away with the watch and also the service you provided.
He wears it often and alters the strap according to the events he is attending. I cannot thank you and your company enough for the way you handled my complaint. No fuss and a fantastic resolution.

Was looking for something special for my husband big birthday he loves watches and has many and he absolutely loves this watch loved the map on the back and the gold dial and I don’t really know much about watches but he loved the quartz feature.

What. A. Watch. I bought the heritage sable watch and I am extremely pleased. It is stunning, not only in looks, but also the quality of the watch. The watch face is beautiful with the wave detail. The watch band is easy to adjust sizing and also looks great. The clasp is excellent. This is an absolute must buy and punches well above the price tag. I have had compliments every time I have worn it. The customer service was excellent.

Stunning watch my husband loved it. Only negative - this was a gift and I wasn’t at home when it was delivered but my husband was. It was so obviously what the package was as the tape used to seal it is branded and also had the scotland badge on it. He knew what it was before it was given as a gift. Just a tip please be mindful that your items may be gifts this seal with plain tape

Great watch. Got one for me and my son. Fantastic design. Probably going to be my daily watch. Best customer service I have ever had over the internet Had a question and got a response quickly. Most companies don’t even respond to online questions never mind within the hour!!!
