I was a bit worried as seen on Facebook and bought on a whim really.
Watch looked nice and was limited edition so I just bought it.
Was pleasantly surprised when it turned up and was indeed genuine aswell as really nice quality and an great looking watch, presented extremely well in a lovely box

I like the width,thickness and appearance of it.

Paid for express delivery.
I’m still waiting .
Very poor service

The watch feels cheap and definitely not worth £170.

I saw the NT watch on Facebook and thought I would have a look at the web site. When I read your story about the entrepreneurs start up and that this was the end product, I was very impressed and looked at the rest of the collection. The easy or purchasing was also a good experience and then the watch arrived within the two day period. So an all round great experience and a great product. I will be looking to make further purchase from JJ Monaghan Watches.

Great website with plenty of photos and information on the watches. A lovely introduction into who the owner is and how he started the business as well. The watch looks amazing, really good presentation and packaging, and it was delivered within 2 days.

We had unfortunately ordered two watches by mistake but the company reacted quickly and cancelled my daughters order and left mine intact great customer service can’t tell you anything about the watch as it’s pre ordered havnt received it yet

Given I ordered on a Sunday and paid for 1 to 3 day delivery. It doesn’t feel right to have a survey request on day working day 2 . If goods don’t turn up tomorrow working day 3 that may change . Looking forward to the delivery and will review when then the watch arrived

Wanted to say watch has turned up . Exceptional value for money and really pleased at my purchase. Service has been top notch. Even the immediate response back and delivery refund .
You have a fan and will look at next purchase and follow new ranges with a keen eye on next purchase.
Would happily pay more for more bespoke options if that was a future service but for now thank you for a great addition to my collection.
