I have been shopping for months have have dealt with several salespeople. When I decided to order the woman wouldn’t give me the quoted prices from the other sales person. Was supposed to have my furniture within 6 weeks, called and was told probably end of August which would make it more like 8 weeks.

J & K had a wonderful staff. Everyone was very nice & helpful. Elizabeth helped us with our design choices. She came to our condo on several different times to assist on paint and carpet choices as well. She was so helpful. You can't go wrong with J & K Home Furnishings, they go above and beyond for their customers from start to finish.

Elaine and Steve at the Myrtle Beach location are phenomenal sales associates. My husband and I were building our first home and were clueless about how to arrange our furniture and what would be best in our space. Elaine was able to come into our home, measure the space and come up with a design that we loved. She presented us with different furniture and fabric options. It took the guesswork and headache out of what to. She helped us get the best deals for our furniture. She was a lifesaver for me. I was nine months pregnant and literally two days away from giving birth. We were able to furnish our whole house for a reasonable price.

Steve helped us with our mattresses. We were not sure what kind of mattress we wanted, just something that was comfortable. Steve took the time to explain the different types and qualities of mattresses on the showroom. My husband and I didn’t feel like neither Elaine nor Steve were trying to push products on us or try to get us to purchase so they could get the commission. We felt like they were simply trying to help and inform us so we could get exactly what we wanted for the right price. They were kind enough to hold our furniture until our house was finished being built. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I’m the kind of person who procrastinates when I dread doing something. Furniture shopping was one of the things I dreaded because I knew what I wanted the end result to look like but I didn’t know how to get there. Seriously, Elaine and Steve took the guesswork out of it. They were extremely helpful and nice. If we were ever to buy new furniture, I would definitely come back to Elaine and Steve for help!

Our experience was wonderful. Rebekah is a rockstar! She worked diligently to help us find exactly what fit our vision and our budget. Highly recommend J&K and Rebekah.

If the salesperson did not walk behind you all the time and tell you everytthing you like is wonderful i would be apt to buy more . so stand back and let me find you when i need help

I visited the Little River location yesterday. Was looking for a sleeper sofa, ottoman, tv stand and a desk. Browsed the entire store and was not greeted or offered assistance by an associate. Plenty were there but no one cared that I was. Walked out.

I loved this store they had great prices and Selection but they didn’t stop there, they made sure that you were satisfied with your furniture even a couple of days after it was delivered. They go above and beyond, everything went smoothly.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and gave us very good advice.The pricing was reasonable, and the delivery went smoothly. A good all-around experience.
