We’re really sorry that this has happened to you again, particularly as this was your second order with us. We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order for an item showing as in stock, only to then find out that we are unable to fulfil it.

Unfortunately, we have experienced some stock discrepancies between our website and our actual warehouse availability, and we appreciate that this is disappointing and can be misleading. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we are working to improve the accuracy of our stock information.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience with us has been disappointing, particularly with the delay in receiving your order and the confusion around the item showing as in stock.

We completely understand your frustration. The tracking showing “DPD expecting your parcel shortly” for several days is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We are also sorry that one of the items had to be partially refunded after you had already placed your order.

Regarding the stock availability, we appreciate how misleading this can appear when an item continues to show as available on the website. Unfortunately, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur between our website and our warehouse stock, and we apologise that this happened with your order. We certainly would never intentionally advertise an item as available when we cannot fulfil it.

We are taking your feedback seriously and will look into both the stock discrepancy and the delay with the courier, as we want to make sure our customers receive accurate information and a reliable service.

We are very sorry that we fell short on this occasion, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

As we are a wholesaler and retailer, rather than the manufacturer of the products we sell, we don’t have any control over the flavour or manufacturing process. We would recommend sharing your feedback directly with the manufacturer, as they are best placed to investigate any concerns regarding the flavour or recipe.

We’re sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive as expected, although on this occasion there was a little more to the story! 😊

Unfortunately, the delivery address entered on the order was incorrect. Sadly, our crystal ball wasn’t quite advanced enough to detect the missing/incorrect address, so we weren’t aware there was an issue until you contacted us to chase the order.

Once we spoke with you and discovered what had happened, we were more than happy to get the order re-dispatched. This time, with the correct delivery address entered… and, would you believe it, the order arrived safely! 🎉

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we got everything sorted. We’ll certainly be putting our crystal ball through some additional AI training so hopefully it can spot incorrect addresses next time! 🔮😂
