Good selection of products
Good selection of products, good prices and delivery is always quick. Just let down by extortionate postage costs. Several times I've reduced my order massively just to get the postage cost vaguely palatable. If they could fix that I'd use them more.

Hi Sheron,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I am very sorry to hear about your delivery experience. It is always disappointing when the weakest part of the service is the courier company. I am, however, pleased that the actual ordering process and the quality of the stock were not the reasons behind your 1-star rating.
Leaving heavy boxes with an elderly neighbour when there was a designated safe place at your address and a note on the door is not the standard of service we expect. I completely understand your frustration.
We will pass this feedback on to the courier company so they can remind their drivers to follow delivery instructions carefully and ensure parcels are left in the appropriate location whenever possible.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better overall experience in the future.
Kind regards

Hi Jason,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced stock shortages on multiple orders. We completely understand how frustrating it is to order items that appear to be available, only to find they are out of stock when your delivery arrives.
Unfortunately, stock levels can sometimes change between an order being placed and being picked, but we appreciate that this does not make the situation any less disappointing.
Your feedback is important to us, and we are continually working to improve our stock management and communication processes to minimise these occurrences.
Thank you for your continued custom, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Selina
