Sam and his team were amazing in helping us with our mortgage application for our new build. Due to an old default we were originally told we’d need a specialist lender and looking at a high % rate, Sam didn’t give up with the high street or do the easy route of a specialist. In the end we got our mortgage offer with a high street lender at a great rate and saved over £250 a month. Would highly recommend, communication was amazing throughout also.

These guys are real pros, up against a tight deadline and made it appear like it was easy work. Special mention to Sam Chung & Conor Quick for getting everything sorted.

100% will be recommending in the future.

The quick and flawless way of being looked after by Scander Medini was something that I have appreciated and enjoyed especially when I couldn’t understand some of the details,however Scander took its time to ensure that everything has been understood by explaining with patience and thoroughly (even it if was multiple time sometimes🤭)

Amazing team and people, from when you first start checking if you qualify for a mortgage until you get your keys….they will support you all the way. Definitely worth working with them, no fees but quality service.

I just find these pointless, Yes they do affordability for home purchases. You then get accepted but when applying for homes your declined.

We use a government calculator speal, if you find anything else come back to us.
