i wish the minimum order wasn't 100£, i also wish you straight up put the price with taxes included on the website
other than that, somewhat fast delivery, the website could use some improvement, especially the search filters

best wholesale type shop in the world

best wholesale type shop in the world. good prices, great quality. one thing that these guys could dispatch orders faster, because sometimes its not cool to wait for 4 days. also please make delivery prices at least a little bit lower.

good products, good shipping services but stock is limited, i need to order 1000 pcs but not available and i am waiting for so long.

Ordered once

Ordered once, no problem, reordered to get restocked on the elf bar devices & waited almost a month, emailed asking where the order was & never got a reply. I contacted the shipping people they use only for them to say "E-cigarettes and vaporizers are not permitted in the DHL network." How does a vape company use a shipping company that doesn't allow shipping vapes? Now I have pods I cant sell because we don't have the devices they go to anymore. Support never got back to me.

again the same bad treatment

poor treatment! always have to pay extra shipping fees, after having confirmed payment by credit card!

Paid £17.85 GBP + £9.90 GBP Additional, then package was blocked by customs because of unfit products declaration.

We lost all Shipping Fee and had to pay second time shipment and after finishing card payment, they ask again for aditional shipment fee...seroiusly what's wrong with your onlineshop shipping calculation?

This is Tim Montgomery order 1899 today is Monday and still no refund I was told 2 times I was supposed to have my refund. And I have not received any thing. Like what's up. Callum said this he was sorry and I will get this straightened out. Hassle free returns that is a big joke. Where is the refund Callum.
