Ordered storage bins. Never arrived, no reply to my emails from company. Opened dispute with PayPal who immediately refunded money. Would never use company again.

Awful awful awful!
Do not listen to the good reviews - they are one offs when they actually manage to get it right. Anything they get wrong they ignore and will not take responsibility. They've lied in their emails to me, they've changed their website to look like I was in the wrong (I have proof otherwise) and they never answer their phone. I had a phone call once because I kept complaining and the manager was verbally aggressive. Surprised they still have a business! Disgusting!

Terrible service. DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Ordered dining chairs on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery, as I had the following day off work.

There was an order page on their site which you would expect to have tracking but I was given no feedback whatsoever. The following Tuesday I used the tracking number in Hermes and thankfully chairs arrived that evening.

In the meantime I had tried to contact customer service. None of the telephone numbers worked and I emailed with no response. I actually got through to someone at one of the stores who promised I'd have a response the same day, which I didn't.

Reasonably priced items and came in perfect condition but DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY! Terrible service otherwise.

AWFUL service, do not use!!

Ordered 2x chairs for next day dellivery and paid extra for Express Shipping. It's now been over 10 days and I still have not received my chairs. Got a Hermes Tracking number, which I followed each day and eventually updated to say they were returning chairs to seller as package was too big. I can only imagine JMart didn't pay/arrange the correct courier service. Impossible to contact by telephone or email - the mailbox is full and emails just get automatic reply. A word of praise for Kerri at their Leominster branch who was extremely polite and helpful and the only telephone number at this company that was actually answered by a person. Still waiting for my chairs and honestly would never order from this company again - quick to take the money but no goods to show for the £100...

Ordered 20 items and only 5 turned up

Ordered 20 items and only 5 turned up. Eventually the others turned up but too late for what we needed. I had paid for next day delivery.
I have tried calling and emails on numerous occasions and had no response. I want a refund.
If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have.

What a bargain

This is the first time I have used Asda opticians was recommended and glad I did what great service from all the team and got to save £170.00 pounds into the bargain because that's what it was a bargain thank you Asda

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service. I had ordered a folding bar stool and they delivered a broken one. Inspite of making multiple calls for 2 consecutive days it kept saying the mail box is full hence cannot accept anymore messages. And sending mails to them is futile. As they only send auto generated mails and nothing else. What a waste of money. They only know to take payments and to send damaged products and also with no receipt for the same. I highly recommend people not to shop anything from this store.

Delivered the wrong colour product

Delivered the wrong colour product. A day after 'next day delivery' for which I paid extra. Impossible to contact by telephone. Expected me to pay for the return of wrong goods. Constantly ignored my emails other than automatic reply. Had to send photos to confirm wrong colour and eventually they arranged collection. Waited all day for courier that didn't arrive! Took 3 weeks and a lot of hassle to get confirmation of refund. A word of praise for a lady at their Leominster branch who was extremely polite and helpful and the only telephone number at this company that was actually answered by a person.

AVOID!

Awful delivery service and embarassing customer service.
Next time I'll buy somewhere else, I wouldn't recommend Jmart at all!!

Went there on a Sunday

Went there on a Sunday - big mistake. 2 lads on the till having a good old chat and I asked where I could find a multi sharpener for my shears. When one of them managed to tear himself away for talking to his mate he pointed down an aisle and said if they had any it would be down there. Couldn`t find it and went back to the till only to find both chatting away still. Thought, why bother here as they cannot be bothered with any type of customer service so left the store. A pity because I was looking to purchase bags of bark for the garden also. Went across the road to the other DIY place and got what I wanted. They took the trouble and realised customer service is important. Don`t think I will be visiting JMart again in a hurry.

Inner tubes

Product arrived quickly and safely, without using loads of excess packaging. JMart are great, though this was the first online purchase I have made with them- I try to shop in the real store in Leominster when we occasionally visit the area, can always find something useful to buy there at a good price.

The chairs that were ordered, were exactly as described and shown in the advert.
They were promptly delivered within the 3 days as offered.
No surprises from this company, so new customers can be assured of the excellent service.
