Ordered storage bins. Never arrived, no reply to my emails from company. Opened dispute with PayPal who immediately refunded money. Would never use company again.

Wasn't happy with the stool
Wasn't happy with the stool, box was undone back of stool was broke off, I have repaired it. Wasn't worth the time sending it back for the price it was, wont be shopping again sorry..

I bought 4 stools
I bought 4 stools, received one. Discovered that I had selected the wrong option in the drop down menu.
I called their number three days running but never once got an answer. They did reply to my email however. They gave me details of how to return the one stool but had absolutely zero interest in making good my order for four.
This is the most bizarre shopping experience I have ever had with an online store.

Cart Wheel
Package arrived damaged but JMart quickly resolved this issue and sent me a replacement. I would definitely use and highly recommend JMart again. The order was for a cart wheel to be used as decoration for a wedding and is perfect.

Awful at best
Awful at best. First order did not arrive and after one month they advised lost in transit and refunded my money. 2nd order has not been received and I am currently awaiting an explanation as to why! As I run a business and this is equipment for my business it is extremely frustrating!
