I was anxious from the beginning as I didn't think as a single mom of 3 I could make it. Even though there were challenges and mountains to climb during the process, she stayed positive, hopeful and was very supportive throughout. She even made our appointments in the evening when my children has gone to sleep so that she can explains everything carefully with no rush and I could ask questions. Right from the beginning we were very comfortable in the presence of Chris Jackson which for me breaks the ice and the daunting prospect of Mortgages, he made us feel welcome and not in the way.
