Clare Bisset @ Jackson Mortgage is a queen of brokers. She helped me to obtain mortgage by selecting the best product for me based on my circumstances. I was anxious from the beginning as I didn't think as a single mom of 3 I could make it. Even though there were challenges and mountains to climb during the process, she stayed positive, hopeful and was very supportive throughout. She even made our appointments in the evening when my children has gone to sleep so that she can explains everything carefully with no rush and I could ask questions. Clare definitely put more than the maximum effort and time for her job required. I have never met Clare physically however her professionalism, expertise and empathy through our telephonic conversations provided me with confidence and assurance that I am with the right firm. Right from the beginning we were very comfortable in the presence of Chris Jackson which for me breaks the ice and the daunting prospect of Mortgages, he made us feel welcome and not in the way. As the process progresses good clear communication was evident from Chris he asked for documents and his anticipation of what underwriters ask or would potentially ask was already addressed, I found the whole process both exciting and with trepidation waiting but when that call came late evening saying we were made an offer by the lender I was actually stunned and overwhelmed and I conveyed that to my partner she was the same. So it's with many thanks to Chris for making this enjoyable, stress free and very timely, this is definitely a highlight of our mortgage success and what's even more amazing is that Chris will still keep in contact making sure everything else will continue smoothly to solicitors contracts thru to keys. Me and my partner had the absolute pleasure of working with Clare for our mortgage application.

As first time buyers we were very new to the process and of course very overwhelmed, however, the service provided from Clare was simply incredible. She always made the time to help explain documents and processes to us and was always swift to reply via email or call, even when in another meeting, a response was always provided as soon as she was free.

We also faced some challenges with the solicitors we used in which Clare once again was on hand to help us where she could which arguably was outside her requirements but anything she could do to assist she would.

I honestly could not rate the quality of service higher! In a time now where a lot of people get by with the minimal requirements, Clare certainly shines above with truly fantastic customer service.
