I don’t like that $3500 is the monthly…
I don’t like that $3500 is the monthly limit. Also, the fees are too expensive with all the money transfer options available. There needs to be a reward program.

The experience was great
The experience was great because after logging in and retrieving the access code from my email and entering the code into the entry point, it was smooth sailing and straightforward until I was finished and pleased. Easy to navigate.

Needs an Updated and Modern Overhaul
Great service for folks like me living overseas — truly appreciate the online accessibility! 🙏
That said, the £4.50 per deposit fee to a JN bank account feels steep, especially when it’s _within the same institution_. If this were a cross-border remittance to different persons accounts , I’d understand — but internal transfers shouldn’t carry such a price tag as its Jn money online to same Jn account.
Hope the team reconsiders this — a little tweak could make an already solid offering truly standout. 💡
